This is definitely our "go to" pet store. There are many high quality food choices for both cats and dogs here along with a knowledgeable staff who can speak to the differences between them all. Alessandra and Nikki take the time to learn about your animals and make recommendations. They even convinced us to try a new kitty litter after years with a different one and it is absolutely better. Best part was the time Alessandra took throughout our first 3-4 visits to win over a very timid puppy who barely made it past the front door. That puppy loves to go there now and is convinced the store was built for her.
Bentley’s is great biz. Always friendly to me and terrific with my bulldog. I will be coming to Bentley’s in Deerfield for all my pet needs... thanks.
Love this store! The staff is amazing and suggested products that I never even knew existed and have been wonderful!! So happy it’s in our neighborhood...
