I recently had the opportunity to stop by this gas station during my travels, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. This establishment truly lives up to its name, offering a refreshing and convenient experience for travelers in need of a pit stop.  First and foremost, the cleanliness of the restrooms was impressive. It's always a relief to find a gas station with well-maintained facilities, and this gas station certainly delivered on that front. The restrooms were spotless and well-stocked, creating a comfortable and hygienic environment.  But what sets this gas station apart is the availability of showers. This is a feature that many travelers appreciate, especially during long journeys. The showers at Cool gas station were clean and provided a refreshing break, allowing me to recharge before continuing my trip. It's a thoughtful addition that truly caters to the needs of travelers.  In addition to the essential amenities, this gas station offers a variety of cool extras. Good quality fuel station. A lot of parking space. Amazing pilot. 100% recommended

I parked in front of the shop because I have a seal leaking, I get here at 1:30 am. When I woke up at 6:05 am to wait until the workshop open I noticed I only have like 30 gallons when I put 160 gallons at Texarkana almost 3/4 off the tank ! They don’t have cameras on the parking lot or property!

This location is usually busy, you can’t find parking by 3pm. great location, walkable distance to lots of fast foods, Starbucks and Kroger. Their subway is 24 hours open, great customer service, clean showers  and fresh coffee. Also there is outlets of Little Rock in 8 miles up north by the love’s area. I go there sometimes when I’m waiting my hours back, to walk shop and stretch my leg.

Went in got something to eat while wait on new set of tires from Firestone. Had a sandwich made with was really good. After paying for my food and drink and tipping the person that made my sandwich. I was apoched by management A lady name Jammie and one of her employee Misty and was told I was no longer aloud. In there store. Bad management is not good for business.

Does Pilot drug test? Because this store needs some done asap. I go to many ts but this place had 5 employees and the only one who seemed to be in his right mind was the guy working the subway counter. The manager and other employees on duty here tonight 8-18-23 9:30 pm were all out of it. We stood at the counter for over 5 mins staring at the cashier while she looked confused and out of it. Had to wave hands at her and say say something to her to get acknowledged. Reserved showers and after almost an hour and a half later decided to just get one elsewhere. 4 showers empty but no one cleaning them to prepare for us. So will definitely skip this place whenever possible from now on.

08/30/23 Backed into parking spot at 5pm for the night. At 10pm, night Mgr "Karen" pounds on my door asking if I paid for the spot. What spot. No reserved sign. She said well the signs are posted further down and the paint on ground is worn off. What the hell? I'll pay for the damn spot then. You can't, I'm full. Mam, there are four of your make believe reserved spots. Nope, have to leave. All other pilots, the reserved spots are repainted so there is no confusion. And sineage. Too bad I can't return empty items I purchased earlier in the day. Was never a good truck stop anyway so I won't miss it.

Only 3 stars because, 1 I didn't go inside. But the main reason I'm posting is because the street sign says $3.59 but the pump says $3.62...hmmm. So I try and take a picture and apparently the street sign flashes real quick so it's hard to capture the strangest thing but it's not flashing looking with just eyes, just a regular gas station sign only on my phone as I look thru the lense, does it flash. Guess they don't want, anyone taking pictures. So then I push button to get receipt, guess what? No paper or no receipt

06/05/2023 All the females staff members are very friendly with the exception of the very loud mouth black showers cleaner black man who prefers dumb black truck drivers over females. Most of black males are queers. They will try to extort money out of you, Don't let them. I saw two black males loser wandering around the big trucks at the Walmart center located at North little Rock, Arkansas around 18:30 last night, then the first black truck driver with a bobtail proceeded near an ATM machine. The black man went back and worth to look if the previous customer has left his or her ATM card inside the machine so he can continue making the withdrawal process. Not a chance because most ATM machines will retain your card after few minutes if you have forgotten to retrieve it. Keep your eyes open for all the blacks and old white males truck drivers who drive for Grand Island Express.

Gas, diesel and convenience store.  Has plenty of snacks, coffee, hot dogs, contain drinks,beer and soda. There's also a subway  . They also have oil, fuses and other small parts. If you need or have a cb they have you covered .
