Every time I stop in the staff are friendly and helpful. Its a beautiful facility facing the bay, and you can access the guest wi-fi from the parking lot or patio 24-hours. If you’re a resident, get a library card and you’ll have access to books & DVDs, plus online services you can use from home.
Very VERY helpful and friendly staff and they have a wide selection of books that I love been going there for about a month now and they often stock up on books it's a very nice, friendly, and quiet environment!
It's the library! and it's awesome. Very fancy and nice remodel, and we always get books out to read while we're in town. It's super walkable from the rest of Frankfort, and also some nice reading areas in the adjacent park.
Waterfront patio. Comfy chairs for casual reading GREAT, accessible magazine wall and plenty of table space for laptop office work. Friendly and knowledgeable staff make it comfortable to ask for help. Walkable to downtown coffee shop and restaurants.
The staff are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Good mystery and large print sections. DVDs are updated yearly and offer a broad spectrum of entertainment. And you can't beat the harbor view.
Very rude . Just one of the people in particular the other are very nice and helpful . Someone stole my movies I rented from them and they destroyed two of the covers and returned them and the lady was very rude to me she told me I had to pay for a new movie and all and not just the paper cover . It just blew my mind and then she wanted to argue . So I told her to just send the bill in the mail and I’ll take care of it then . I don’t recommend this library , I will never go back I will be going to another Koby because if the main person she ruined for all the workers.
We're from California and when we visit Frankfort every summer, the library is one of my favorite places to go. Such a beautiful setting, quiet and clean inside. Just such a peaceful place.
Benzie Shores District Library brings me so much joy. The staff could not be friendlier and the selections are amazing. I love using Hoopla. It's just a warm, fuzzy place.
Librarians are all super friendly, and they go out of their way to make people happy, and in some cases you don't even need to pay a late fee. Great service, great people, and as expected, great books.
For a small community, an excellent facility with an equally excellent staff. Actually, all of our small communities are fortunate have great libraries thanks to outstanding community support.
