Was recently at the station, as it was the nearest one...... My g. F had been in an accident, and we needed to do a AR..... Worst treatment ever from the policeman Mr Sokhulu....while my g. F was still in trauma, he was rude and showed no sympathy what so ever..... I still wonder why government forget that they serving the public and they should act atlest at thr best interest.....
Worst police station I've been to in Durban. Zero improvements to the facility in last few years. Known for its terrible service from staff on duty, try to push you to go to another station. Will help if in the mood to. Even worse attitude from them at accident scenes. Virtually no response to accidents between 5-7pm.
Oh my word what a wonderful experience. I was involved in an accident 4 days ago and was hospitalized. A detective came to the hospital and told me not to worry about reporting the accident - he would do it for all parties involved. Phoned the Berea police station this morning fearing the worst that I would be passed from pillar to post trying to get my accident report number. It literally took me 5 minutes - described the accident and I very helpful gentleman gave me my AR number. Thank you for the refreshingly good experience Berea police station!!
Was treated very rudely. The officer did not sincerely want to assist me. Pretending to not know anything. Was quick to send me to a different saps office to avoid any work. Did not want to give me her name upon request. lazy and incompetent.
I was helped by a Gentleman there. What a really helpful and pleasant person, not only was he polite to me but he also treated the other staff he worked with really politely. I was so nervous about going there in the first place but he really made me feel at ease.
The team that was on duty for night shift on the 04/02/2020, I forgot to take their names. They did a great job accompanying me in the middle of the night to look for my missing niece who was in trouble held hostage by an unknown man. Thanks very much officers, please keep up the good work and keep serving the community. Ngyabonga.
I experienced a very poor, it took me a week just to get accident report number from the officials and i was asked why i did not the other police station because i am causing them more workload.
Trying to contact the DFO office. They don't answer. One lady picked the phone up told me call back at 10am. Called back still no answer. Not the first time I tried awhile ago and even then I phoned a number of times till someone had to answer.
