I have been going to Bergamos for some years to pamper myself for Mother's Day, this was the first time I had a pedicure, i had the sea salt package. if you haven't done this please do, but ask for Kelly she was amazing! She is very good and knowledgeable, here i am 3 to 4 weeks out and my pedicure still looks great!
I was blessed by my daughter with a spa day on Saturday..I must say my experience was awesome.. It started with a relaxing massage by Erika, a much needed amazing facial in which I'm embarrassed to admit I slept through and I finished with a very good Pedicure. I finished my nap while Kelly renewed my feet. Her personality was pleasant, congenial and professional..I will return..Best experience ever.
My favorite place on earth! The food from the bistro is always delicious and the salt cave is my favorite peaceful place!
Great massage and facial. I also got a foot scrub treatment that was so relaxing . Enjoyed the sauna and hottub. The robes are nice and comfy, and there was lots of nice seating to set out and enjoy the views while waiting on your service. The rock salt room is great also.
Tell me who your esthetician is without telling me who your esthetician is!?!? She is magic with her hands, providing the best facials but also transferring amazing energy that guides and rejuvenates you. She enriches the lives of every client with her humility, grace, and charm. 11 years ago I received my first facial from Donna Savelle and as they say, murder she wrote it. No one else touches my face. I saw her beautiful, porcelain skin and I said, “I want to look just like her.” Well, countless facials, serums, night creams, talks, and laughs later I LOVE my skin! It’s her knowledge of the products, her customization for each client, her professionalism and the attention to detail. She provides more than a service. When you leave your face is glowing, but your soul is filled. She empowers women daily and encourages you to live your most authentic self; to be comfortable in who you are, yet have faith in who you are becoming. She is truly beautiful from the inside out, and her joyful presence radiates throughout the spa. Here she is a leader and mentor, and it resonates throughout the culture of the spa. I have received nothing but top class customer service, from greetings at checkin to the moment I leave. Bergamos is a whole experience. Not to mention the most sought after services which are the best this side of the Atlantic and most amazing food the Bistro has never failed me, but the worldly design and detailed aesthetics make this the most beautiful atmosphere to relax and renew…..mind, body, and spirit. The owner has established something so pure and attractive, but the culture that she has created makes this spa truly one of a kind
Spa day success! Much needed spa day with the besties. We enjoyed our pedicures and massage and chilled in the salt room. The pool was heated with massaging jets We had reservations at the bistro check out that review. When u purchase a service you can enjoy the ammenities all day. It's totally worth it. This is a beautiful day spa and the service was great.
If you are looking for a great place to relax, this is it. Open daily with coffee shop, breakfast and lunch healthy menu and happy hour in the afternoons. I went on a Saturday afternoon and enjoyed a deep tissue massage 50 minutes of pure relaxation. They have a spa that you can use after the massage but it was not working. The large shower has a rain shower head and a good quality shampoo and conditioner I would have given a five star but not having the spa was a bit disappointing, I look forward to it after a good stressful week. Other than that it was fantastic! If you want a good female misuse ask four Glo.
Ethan was the best! I have had a knot in my right shoulder that no masseuse has ever been able to help me with. Ethan had it tamed in less than 20 minutes! Highly recommend this young man's service!
Salon services are ALWAYS PERFECT. I always see Liliana, she's professional and knowledgeable. Everything you want in a stylist. I get something different from the Bistro everytime and it's always delicious!
Our pedicures Kelly and Maria were fantastic! My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing and luxurious pedi's and would 100% recommend this spa experience!
