Only reason for 4/5 stars is that I’ve yet to deal with Bradley regarding any claims thankfully!.  Hopefully if there is ever a need to deal with him or his staff regarding claims their service will be as top-notch as every thing else I’ve needed!

Brad has always been super attentive and very helpful with policy and planning. He has always been great to work with and his staff very professional.

Everything is good with me and my only concern is that the hrs you open need to be better.but I'm satisfied with the service I've gotten with farmers insurance

I appreciate that I can get quality, worry free insurance without a big hassle or high pressure.

I needed to start a new policy on a new vehicle.  Brad was very helpful getting it set up and the vehicle legal to drive.   Have been dealing with Brad for several years now with multiple vehicles.

I great very friendly attention and service when I stop in at his agency, as well as good explanations or reasons for how things are set up/policy, etc. People should not hesitate to give Brad an opportunity to find a good deal for them - they will discover that it was definitely worth their time.

Service and response for the few claims that we have had has been great. We still feel our premiums are too high but have been reluctant to shop around for better rates due.  We hesitate to change from a company that provides the things we need but, if prices continue to rise, we may have to consider a change. John has inquired about a low milage incentive for his 2015 Dodge Ram truck with 36,000 miles but we have not gotten a response back.

Brad is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Very reasonable pricing also!

Bradley has always been so professional and attentive to the needs of my family.

I deal with Brad at Farmer's Ins. in a buisness way. Checking active ins. policies with us listed as lienholders for the Credit Union I work at. Very friendly, reliable and gets what I need in a timely manner
