Great bedside manner. Very kind. Had really high hopes because everyone had good things to say. Called twice about getting an extraction done and never received a call back. Was told the doctor was on lunch and they’d call back, never heard back. Called a couple weeks later three times, left messages, about getting antibiotics for an infected tooth and never got called back. Was referred out to two dentist for root canals and extractions , been to a total of three dentists now for an extraction and still have no dental work done. Can’t even get antibiotics. Just a little disappointed and back to square one finding a reliable dentist.

The staff is friendly and clearly experienced and knowledgeable. Dr. Shapiro was very nice, thorough and took a long time explaining my dental issues. He was genuinely kind and put me at ease. I recommend this dentist for anyone who may have anxiety or fear of dentists!!! Great!

I was very pleased with how friendly everyone was, from the front desk to the dentist’s. Everyone was so nice! Plus I like the fact that I was in and out, no long wait for service. My crown had fallen out and was cemented back into place, looks good as new!

Such a great Dental office. I had never been there. I had a bad toothache and my regular Dentist had retired. I stopped to make an appointment. They said we'll take an x-ray now and then schedule an appointment. They did the x-ray right away and found the problem. A tooth needed to be removed. They said we will do it now. The dentist was so good, I don't remember her name, she gave me novacane and removed my tooth very quickly, and I had no pain. The other lady that helped me and the dentist was very nice and efficient. The lady that checked me in was also so nice. I had suffered 4 days with a horrible toothache and I was so worried . . . and they fixed it in less then an hour and it's been 4 days since then and I've had no pain at all. And their fee was so less then what I thought it would be. Thank you Heights Family Dental !!

Staff was very friendly. I had a root canal. The procedure was painless. Dr. Megan was great! Informed me step by step during procedure. Assistant, Hygienist was extremely attentive.

Dr Brianna and her assistant was wonderful! I'm so terrified of needles but they were very very patient with me and allowed me time to gather my nerves without losing their cool. They paid attention to me during the procedure and kept me calm. It was the best experience I've had at the dentist in years.

Dr Shapiro and the whole office staff are very professional and comforting, they explain everything that they are doing in a calming manner. I hope Dr Shapiro never retires!! I thank my husband for referring this office to me, his first experience was excellent also.!!

I came in for an exam and x-ray, expecting to be able to get my teeth cleaned as part of the exam. There is no hygienist. They don't tell you this until you've been waiting and taken to back. I was accepting of the fact that I couldn't get my teeth cleaned. During the exam, two cavities were discovered and I made an appointment to come back. When I came back for the appointment, I found out that the person that scheduled me gave me the wrong type of appointment and therefore I want accounted for with the correct amount of time for the dentist to perform the work. I was offered the options of waiting another hour to see a doctor I wasn't scheduled with or wait another two hours for the correct doctor. I opted to leave and not return. I felt the experience to be totally unprofessional.

I've been going to this dentistry for over 30 years so that speaks for itself. Dr. Shapiro is my hero and and I just love and respect the man for all that he's done as a dentist and for this practice. Abdul-Malik Ali, Cleveland Ohio
