Berkeley Car Wash

Was around berkeley heights area, and was roaming around to get a car wash. went to google, and saw this place.. had good reviews, and wanted to try it out. pricing was a bit tricky. they had the lowest service a little expensive about 25$ and then they increase 2$ for the next 2 upgrades.. Its a no brainer that people will probably get the 27 or 29$ service. good marketing strategy. wish they had the basic package for 20 or less, like many other car wash facilities. It was crowded early in the day when i went. had to wait about 10 mins, to get to the front. Then they asked me to get outside the car, and then they did powerwash. I actually liked the overall wash external and internal, and the scent inside. end to end, it took them about 10 mins.. they had wash rooms inside, and a small store which sold car items, and drinks. overall , had a good experience... Excellent customer service very friendly and helpful, did an amazing job cleaning my car inside and out, there were lots of food crumbs and marks before I took it to get cleaned. I was so grateful they made my car look and smell super clean like it was brand new again, very happy with their amazing service I will be back again.Services: Scratch removal

Horrible service, people extremely rude. The dirt was still there after paying the most expensive service. When I showed them, the young guy who looked shabby is the owner and said, “this is all that we will do. Do not come here if you are not happy. “ This car wash needs to be closed or management needs to be changed. I will NEVER RECOMMEND their service.

Terrible job cleaning. Rude employees. Gave 2 chances. Won’t give a 3rd. Completely missed half of the passenger side of my car. My windshield was clean before they rubbed their greasy rag over it and streaked it all to hell. Thanks for a new chore. The cashier doesn’t say hello or reply to a simple greeting. Not worth $34 at all.

Saddened to leave this review. I’ve been coming here for 10 years. The quality of the wash keeps coming down and prices keep going up. All of this came to head today when I arrived before 5:00 and they were closed. They were finishing up 2 last cars and refused to let me give them my business.

Great service. I have taken my luxury card here. They have 6 men working on your car - 3 vacuuming etc and 3 cleaning it after the wash. They work hard and do a very nice job. A bit pricey at $30 ish, but worth it once in a while.

Shame on me for giving them a second chance. Took my husbands car for a wash & vacuum. Came home with the interior hardly touched. Floor mats clearly not washed or vacuumed. Dash clearly not wiped. Windows smudged. My car came home in a similar fashion a few weeks ago. Clearly their business in consistently sub-par.Services: Vacuuming

I needed to get my car cleaned. This is not my normal place, but how bad could it be. After purchasing the top package, I thought my SUV would be clean. Nope. Inside there’s still the same dust, nose prints in glass, and drips stains. Outside there are smears and complete missed areas. I’ll stick to my regular places in Bridgewater and HillsboroughServices: Vacuuming

$30 later my car is still as dirty as when I arrived. Such a waste of money. Seriously disappointed. The owner should be embarrassed.Service: Vacuuming
