He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration along with an IT certificate from Clayton State University that provided the solid background on which his career is built. Furthermore, he is a trained mediator, certified negotiation expert and certified home staging expert; traits he often employs while advocating on behalf of his clients. His work ethic didn’t start in the real estate industry, but followed him from his past career, where he was awarded several sales accolades. His latest accomplishment is the “Agent of the Year” award which recognizes his transaction and dollar volume.
Andy Bloch is a member of the First Multiple Listing Service and Georgia Multiple Listing Service. In addition, he is a member of the US Hang Gliding & Paragliding Association. Andy feels that being a real estate broker is about more than joining professional associations and he frequently joins in cancer fundraisers on other causes to give back to the community.
Having lived in many parts of the world such as Germany and France, he has a strong ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds and understands the needs and concerns of relocating clients. In Andy’s free time, he enjoys running, biking, swimming, hang gliding and flying. He is currently trying to obtain his private pilot license.
