The Berlin Fair maybe small but it's packed fun of a lot of fun and the grounds are well taking care of there always doing upgrades to the fair grounds and there getting ready for another year of fun 2023
Thank you Berlin Lions Club!! Lots of people ; lots of energy and fun one of kind of best fair in Connecticut.. Kids have all kinds of fun rides!! All ages have something to ridge and get excited. Lots of amazing foods around..handcrafted goods and jewelers!! Berlin firefighter has organized helicopter rides for $40.00 per person for few minutes, which was such an awesome See you next time!!
The grounds themselves are nicely taken care of. There's not much shade cover for outdoor events. The parking area is grassy and graveled. Tall black chain link fencing all around the property.
It's the first time in my 30 years ago into the Berlin fair that I could not find a place to park I drove around my wife and I drove around twice and we finally said the heck with it and went home . Great fair lions club goes all out. Dreamland amusements awesome. Best rides in the north east. Class act.
Many variety of rides, parking is plenty: provided you take the Shuttle school buses. Live music, museum, car show, a lot of food stalls; good fair!
First time here and was amazing!!!! To much to do
I was there for the Beer and Wine Festival. It was fun. I love this one because I don't like beer, and they have other liquors to sample. All proceeds go to charity, so win win!
Of all the fairs we've been to in the Northeast, this one always seems to be the worst. The good- The remote parking and bus ride to and from the site is quite efficient, and the rides are OK. The quantity of food choices are much worse than most smaller fairs, the actual agricultural exhibits are relatively weak, and the entire place is really dirty. Even our kids felt this way. If you have family who likes to shop at the fair, there aren't a lot of options there, either. I think this fair is too big to have that endearing small town character, and too small to have the exhibits, food and shopping options of a larger fair. Best to skip this one.
