He found the very difficult items I needed and arranged to get it to me on Johns Island the next day. Talk about customer service!!! They have my business going forward. A+++ Business.
Definitely not the cheapest but they have fantastic customer service and when there's something that you can't find in the Summerville area they're the place to go to.
I haven't visited here in a long time no sure exactly how long but long enough Upon entry I noticed how clean and organized teh front area is. The staff welcomed me and helped me with my search for a hard to find siding I was looking for. Very knowledgeable on helping me choose between treated or non treated for my application. Will definitely be shopping here again soon. Well done
We needed all new interior doors for a renovation and Shawn Smith was on top of his game. Very knowledgeable and helped guide us to find what we really wanted. The prices were less than big box stores and the quality was superior. This lumber store is #1 and we will continue to shop here for all of our lumber needs!
This is a high end lumber yard. When I need straight boards, this is where I go. The extra cost is well worth having quality materials. Service is good and for excellent building supplies, this is the place to go. Otherwise the selection is limited. I would not go here to purchase a hammer and nails or routine home repair stuff. But for wood products, they are simply the best.
Berlin G. Myers Lumber Corporation has been a fantastic source of materials and expertise on many projects I've had and been involved with over the years. The sales team is highly knowledgable, and they are committed to finding the best solution for their customers. The quality of the product is only surpassed by the quality of the service. As I'm also in the service industry, this is very important to me as a customer. Before you go waste half your day at a big box store, check with your local experts at Berlin G. Myers Lumber!
Berlin G Myers is showroom ready with a great hardwood selection; however, their prices are just too high. I paid almost $200 for two 2" x 6" boards; one maple and the other walnut - nothing exotic. The staff were a little rough around the edges, but overall friendly. I wouldn't mind going back, but their prices would need to improve for me to be a repeat customer.
Not only are these crooks overpriced, even already higher than the inflated lumber market, they ordered the wrong material for me twice in a row and would not take back the wrong item THEY ordered. I showed them pictures of exactly what I needed, and simply disregarded that fact. I don’t see how this place gets any business at all… Sad for the Summerville community
They were so friendly. Even though they didn't have what we needed for a work assignment, we do look forward to coming back for some of their products. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED IN THEIR WOOD PRODUCTS. BEAUTIFUL WOOD......and you will NEVER FIND PRODUCTS LIKE THEIRS AT LOWES.
This is like a kids candy store for adults. They have lots of different woods. You can make any project you can think off. Best wood I have bought.
