Berlin Grande Hotel

Very clean, room was spotless. Breakfast was good, cinnamon rolls were excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Mattress wasn't the greatest, but I would stay here again.Rooms: 5/5

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at Berlin Grande and just loved the stay here. The rooms were very clean and spacious and the pool and outdoor amenities were very inviting and relaxing. It was our 1st stay here and we couldn't think of a better place to enjoy while at Amish country.Rooms: 5/5

I found this to be one of the cleanest hotels I have been in. Everything is very neat and organized no clutter. The room we were in 430 was a double queen,beds were firm yet comfortable. There is a mini fridge and microwave as well as a nook area to eat at. The bathroom is large and the walk-in shower is very nice and roomy. The room itself is large ,the TV is fine it's not too small might look to be as the room is fairly large really not a huge deal because not here to watch TV. The balcony is a nice place to sit and talk Breakfast was good the breakfast last was friendly and greeted us as we entered the area. This was a weekday stay so it was quiet for us. Doors do slam loudly though. The front desk ladies were helpful as I got stung by something en route to the hotel she was able to get me something from the first aid kit for a bee bite that soothed it for a while. All in all I would stay here again it was just one night and we had one heck of a thunderstorm all night so not much time on the balcony. If other reviews are holding you up about noise buy a white noise machine it hides a lot of noise like thunder. Thank you for accommodating us at the Berlin grande

Beautiful hotel with all of the home away from home amenities!! Our room was clean and very comfortable! The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast bar was stocked with all sorts of selections and the food was delicious! The hotel is on a great spot because it's just a short drive into downtown Berlin. We will definitely book again!

My husband and I loved this hotel. We were unfortunately there during an unseasonably cold and rainy week in May so the comfort and cleanliness of the Berlin Grande was especially noticed. The beds are so comfy and the showers are hot and roomy. Actually the room itself was spacious we stayed in a queen double bed, the pics did not do it justice. There are plenty of Amish restaurants and markets nearby, within walking distance if there is no deluge! Friendly staff, delicious breakfast with homemade cinnamon rolls. We are already planning our return trip!

Very nice newer hotel within walking distance of Main Street and the tourist attractions, namely shopping and food. The Deluxe King room was just right. The TV probably could have been larger, but it was fine for me since I didn't turn it on. Nearby activities: Berlin Farmstead Restaurant and Main Street shopping Walkability: If slight hills aren't a problem for you, you can enjoy walking around the area.

I’ve struggled with giving this place a review. Will I come back here absolutely. But they need to improve on a few things. Pros: location is walking distance to everything Berlin. The rooms are large and beautiful Everyday room cleaning which I’m finding most hotels aren’t doing anymore Staff. The staff was amazing. Everyone was very very friendly Cons: the room was soooo hot when we arrived. It took a full 24 hours for the AC to get the room cooled down. It wasn’t even on when we arrived. The ac is def not big enough for the size of the room. It made the first night hard to sleep. One of the main parking lot lights was not working. Made that section very dark and not safe feeling They had the smallest sized T.V.s with no premium channels. Elevators were very very touchy. I felt they could break at anytime. Bed was very very hard. Again even with my cons I would come back again.

So very blown away with this gem of a hotel. I have never stayed at a place so impeccably clean. The rooms were huge and outfitted with everything we could need as our home away from home. Prices were extremely reasonable and the breakfast buffet was delicious, ample and varied daily. Great location set back a little from the main street made it a perfect place to unwind after a busy and arduous day of shopping. This will my choice if ever I am back in the area.
