Of the three laundry place a I've been, this one is by far the most expensive, and you have to buy detergent. The other machines had detergent built in and it didn't cost an extra fee. Using the smallest wash dry options, washing was 6 euro, drying was 6 euro, detergent 1 euro Why does it cost you 13 euro for me to do laundry?

This is arguably the best laundromat in the world right now. Clean af with all-new 2022 edition Miele industrial washers and dryers, to state-of-the-washing-art-ly clean your clothes to perfection. I wonder what the food used to be like from the long-shuttered café versteckt in the first floor? Maybe I'd have to take away a few stars, didja ever think of that? : Pro tip: Flockenentferner and Sagrotan Blue zum Saubertste Wäscherlebnis :P

Clean facilities, 1€ for washing powder, 1€ for fabric softener. Reasonable prices. I have attached the updated pricelist for 2023.

It is possible to pay with card, and washers are good, but not all dryers are functional - go for the ones with panel lights on, or check all its buttons in advance. Currently their telephone operators do not speak English and might not get you a refund.

You have 2 floors and mostly you will not wait for a machin to be free

For me, as a first time ever user, the experience was very good and not as bad as the others describe. Everything is pretty self explanatory. However, I'll add the steps: 1. You can change the washing machine language by pressing "Sprache". Then you select your desired program 2. Load your clothes and close the door. Remember your machine name! 2'. I brought my own detergent, so I didn't use the machine for that. 3. Head to the payment machine in the wall. You can also change the language there. 4. Select your machine and pay the money. I'm attaching the working hours and price list. 5. Finally, you press start on the machine and wait... Same goes for the dryer.

Loads of space, everything clean and functional. It's true that there's no staff on-site but it's all pretty self-explanatory and there is a number to call if you need help. For a small wash and 30 min dry you pay 7 euro in total 4 for the wash, then 1 per 10 min of dry. There are two floors with lots of machines so you don't have to wait. Highly recommend.

Dried well but some more clear instructions would be helpful. Hire a designer please.

It's a clean and well lighted space. All the machines have worked the last three times I have been there and are clean machines.

You lose your money if you take too long to start your load! I did that the first time I went because I couldn't figure out how to change the language to English. The interface on the washers was pretty confusing. No staff to help. They sold detergent and softener, and the place was clean, so it got the job done!
