Bernadette's Lice Removal Center of WNY

Mary is truly amazing & I would highly recommend and only recommend any family, child or person to go to Bernadette's. Yesterday I called in a panic because my daughter had a bad infestation. I was itching and I was nervous of even handling my 2yr old. We go on vacation this week and she got my two children and I in last night. She was beyond patient and very helpful. I jokingly re checked my mom's hair while we were there and even with family plans made she got my mom in today at 8am and even re did my daughter's hair. We go back Friday for ANOTHER follow up and I believe again before my daughter goes back to school. She's really given us a piece of mind and is the sweetest woman. If your worried about having young children, she is all set up with movies and toys for them and she is QUICK but efficient! Mary thank you again so much!!!

This was my first time ever having lice and I tried to treat it on my own but could not seem to get rid of them. I went here and received amazing service. I feel very confident that the lice are gone. I highly recommend this place

waste of money. free screenings but then charge a fortune for treatments that dont work. they used the same chemicals we tried at home and my child still has nits. the salon is dated too.

If you have lice go here they check your head free just invade its expensive but worth it
