Mr. Jocuns is in fact notch in my opinion. Through trail and error he assisted me along the way as well as guidance after sentencing. Would highly recommend him to anyone. He knows what he is talking about and a top notch defense attorney!
Bernie was great. He kept me out of jail, and possible prison, got both of my charges reduced and helped me get my license restricted instead of suspended. He also helped me through the probation process. He's expensive but very fair with his billing.

Unfortunately I've dealt with many lawyers thru my life but Bernard Jocuns was by far the best. He treated my case like it was one of his family members. I can't thank him enough for the amazing outcome of my case.He was able to plea bargain a felony manufacturing of marijuana down to a simple misdemeanor marijuana possession. I would highly recommend Mr. Jocuns and certainly would hire him again.
