Great service, always generously staffed which results in happier techs, faster service and an overall better experience. In contrary to the national chain paradigm, it turns out inadequate staffing makes for a miserable experience, especially when you're already miserable. Brilliant.  Seriously, you can drive through and they will give you a restaurant like seating pager and buzz you when your prescriptions are ready. Seems small but is revolutionary IMO.

Best pharmacy I have ever used in my life!  Family run business and it shows!  They know you, they are fast, courteous, they have everything the chain stores have and they take the time to talk to you about things.  This is how pharmacy's were when I was a kid.  Cannot recommend them strongly enough, some of the best people you'll ever meet.  I'll never use Walgreens or any chain store for prescriptions again, been using Bernard's for about six years, and they just keep getting better!

I love the service They are always quick I never waited more than 10 minutes.  They are all so sweet I don't see why anyone would have a problem with them.

Fast, friendly service. I have never waited more than 5 minutes for a prescription... the best kept secret in Watson/Denham Springs.

I recently switched from Walgreens.  Have only been there one time, yesterday and am extremely impressed.  Their customer service is leaps and bounds above Walgreens.

Used to be one of my favorite spots but here lately they don't seem to ever get it right. Don't know what that is all about???

The people who work here always go over and beyond to assist me and my family with our needs.
