Great place but the staff could be better, often dont give you what toppings you want and when they do, and you have a large order they wont give you a plastic bag so you have to hope you can carry it in by yourselfFood: 5/5

Very friendly folks there all times of the day. Very reasonable prices good food great breakfast. And on point honey mustard and sweet tea. If you get a chance check them out.
Everything is fresh, hot, and cooked when ordered. Chili cheese dogs and chili cheese burger are fantastic! All food is well-seasoned. Service has that southern hospitality feel. Definitely will be back. Best place in Grove Hill.

Best food in town. ALL the food is wonderful. The women that work there are the most sweet and kind people you'd ever want to meet and they sure do know how to cook some great food. Oh and by the way, they have the best BLT on a biscuit. Tastes way better than on toast people
Small town hospitalty at it's best! The staff were friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to make our breakfast comfortable and enjoyable. The food was fresh and delicious. The homemade biscuits melted in your mouth! Would go out of my way to eat here again.
Bertiles needs to open back up !! Every body else is open. Its a good place to eat with nice ladies waiting on you. Great food. But i want to go in and sit down. And have breakfast every morning.

They overcharged my card. Receipt is for 14.52 and they charged me just under 18 dollars. They are making no effort to right this wrong and took my very last few dollars. Food was pretty good if you like getting ripped off.
