What a fantastic dinning experience this was! Our hosts and servers were super friendly, fast at service, and very professional! Dany and his team had food ready for our large party of 46 people, and everything we had tasted amazing! I highly recommend this place, as you won't be disappointed!
Oct2022: 3: My spouse and I came here to help me celebrate my birthday. We were accomstomed to seeing Bertuccis Italian Restaurant in the DC-MD-VA area, we had not been back to the area in a while. Since we came across several here, we decided to visit this location. We wanted to get something light to eat for our evening meal. I noted there was handicapped parking adjacent to the front door. The lot was not that large to accommodate a crew cab pickup truck and maneuver without difficulty. We were not greeted when we entered the restaurant. In fact, we asked a worker at the pizza area where we could sit. We were soon seated and placed our drink orders. The lemonade wasn't that great. It was watered down way too much. We ordered a pizza and an entree special I saw on the menu. The pizza was pretty good but the entree was not good for me. The chicken was tender and not rubbery. It had grill marks on the surface of the chicken which overpowered the flavor of the dish. I tasted more of the grill on the chicken than I did the simple toppings on top of the chicken. The sauce featured on the chicken was not plentiful enough to cover the overpowering burn taste of the grill marks. It may have redeemed this entree if more was included with the meal. This seemed to be a kitchen failure to ensure the meal was the one intended to be served. The side items of broccoli and potatoes were a good match for me. This whole experience was a reminder that our memories were not as accurate as we thought. Parking: I noted there was handicapped parking adjacent to the front door. The lot was not that large to accommodate a crew cab pickup truck and maneuver without difficulty.
My husband and I love this place. We eat there often, and other times just sit at the bar to catch a pats or bruins game. The staff is always super nice and fun! Danny and his team are always so very friendly and accommodating to each table, it is a pleasure to watch. We have never had a bad dish, a bad drink or a bad experience in this restaurant ever!! Love it here and Go Bruins!!
Just ordered delivery to try them again to my disappointment nothing changed. I ordered 2 items simple order pizza and a sampler and of course I only get the pizza. both door dash driver and the resturant are at fault. first the poor driver cant speak or read english very well at all and the resturant does not make it easy either that write on the pizza box 1 of 1 nowing well that this is a 2 part order and hand the driver the pizza box and the complementary bread. they will never get me to order from this store ever again. now after 40 minutes on the phone no resolution. this is the third time it's happened to me that why i'm writting the review -1 stars
We frequent the Newton Bertucci's often, sorry to see it's not open this week. The Manager, Danny has always been so accommodating no matter our request. He's always professional and checks to make sure we are always happy with our food and service. Hope to see this location open back up soon and see Danny's welcoming face when we walk through the door.
The manager, Dan, at Bertucci's is AMAZING! This location provides great service and food. I have personally worked with this location for numerous event such as youth football & cheer banquet, High School Cheer banquets, and most certainly they sponsored a luncheon for the cheerleaders & football players before the big Thanksgiving Game at Fenway. Also, we went through them for pizza for our league cheer competition! Our High School Cheer program has participate in the fundraisers options that they offer, which are great! I can't thank this location and their manager, Dan, for all their help, service, and support in our community! Thank you!
We always had a great experience at Bertucci, but today was a disaster and the lack of staff can’t be an excuse for very rude behavior by their management and employees. In all my life I never felt so disrespected at a restaurant like today. An absolute disgrace.
BERTUCCIS is the best! My family enjoys our Bertuccis night out. Always enjoyed the food & especially their hospitality. Danny is a thoughtful and kind and especially funny man. My favorite is the Verde pizza and Chicken Piccata. Delicious
Christine the bar tender did an amazing job w drink and food recommendations and everything came out great. I will definitely be back!
Recently sat at the bar and had an excellent experience. Danny was very attentive and made sure all of our needs were met. The Sporky pizza and the martini were amazing!
