So today I dined in with my wife for lunch. Our server was Ella, she was attentive, polite and great personality. The food was fantastic, the overall experience was perfect. Honestly I was skeptical to dine here with everything you’ve seen recently and I can say i was glad that I did. The service from Ella will definitely be a reason why I keep coming back!!
Had a lovely lunch on New Year’s Eve. Stephanie was amazing! Service was impeccable and food delish!
Amazing as usual! The customer service is always great! They ARE serving inside. There were only a few of us, it was clean, everyone was wearing masks. The menus were paper for easy tossing. I definitely felt comfortable. The servings were a good portion. We had some for snacks the next day
I don’t normally leave reviews but the service was so unpleasant that me and my family didn’t enjoy dining in. This was our first last time eating there. The server linsey was quite rude from the moment she served us, her manner was so unpleasant to deal with you can tell off the bat that she didn’t want to be there and was annoyed that we were there in the first place. She served us with complete attitude and passive aggressiveness the entire time we were there. If you want to get food from here I HIGHLY recommend that you order for pickup rather than dine in.
I will certainly not order from this restaurant anymore. Ordered food and called to make sure they would put the little rolls with the dinner. I was assured that "she" whoever the person I spoke with would make sure those would be included as they "come with every meal." Well, this is the third time that I ordered my food from them and every single time, NO rolls. The first time this happened and complained I was told that a manager would call me on Monday to make this right, yet that also never happened! Then I was told, "sorry we ran out of them." Well, sorry to say, but I am sorry not to order from you in the future again!
We normally have fantastic service at this location. Unfortunately not this time. Our server Linsey gave us the impression that she did not want to be there. Not engaging, inattentive and overall came across very cold. It was practically empty tonight, and we had a hard time finding her to get drink refills. Our meals were good as always, but it was not quite the dining experience we were looking forward to tonight.
Our bartender, Colton is the best! The entire staff was attentive, friendly, and the food was excellent.
Food mediocre the last 3 visits. Staff disengaged. Orders inconsistent and often incorrect reiterate staff disengaged how do you get an online order wrong? Chocolate cake used to be fit for 2 & still unfinished. It has been hit with a shrink ray $9!? Not worth the calories for that price! I'll give you $5!
The food was delicious. Stephanie was our waiter, and she was amazing. She was funny, reliable, quick, and friendly. Absolutely no complaints with my experience with Bertuccis and Stephanie.
The cajun pasta is bold with flavor as well as the chicken parmesan. The portion are generous, the chicken parm had two big pieces smothered in cheese. Both pasta dishes had a good sauce to pasta ratio. The server Gina was a gem and so was the manager. It wasn't too crowded and was a great enjoyable meal.Food: 5/5
