Had a horrible culinary experience. A burned gluten free pizza after two attempts and a very undercooked eggplant parmigiana. This place has gone really bad.
Nice staff and the atmosphere seems nice but the pizza was very disappointing for the price. Totally unimpressed. Probably fine for American Italian but they have a lot to learn about pizza.
Brick oven pizza is the best friendly waitstaff 10 minutes later I was on my way with a small green peppers mushrooms and onions pasta pie pizza pie
Came here with my mom for lunch. Amazing experience with the general manager and Amanda! They were super friendly and welcoming. We had chicken Parmesan and salad. Excellent food and excellent service. Will definitely come back!
I had the best experience with the server Ernesto he was so attentive and patience with my kids. I love how the staff help us. The pizza was amazing very crunchy We will coming back.
I went to this Berrtuccis with myself and my two kids. While the food was good the service was left to be desired. We felt as if we were almost inconveniencing her, as we waited over 10 min to order drink, 10 more to order food and over 30 for 2 pizza and a pasta dish. I understand being short staffed but there was no communication to us and we just sat and waited with no updates, no check ins...nothing.
The place is big, service was good. But the food here was not good. The pasta sauce tasted nothing like an alfredo sauce, & the vegan pasta was sweet. Definitely wont be going back
We have the chopped Italian salad it was amazing along with that I had the pasta dish with sausage peppers and a spicy Italian sauce it was great the only complaint I have and this has been more than once I think they're short on help many of the tables we're not cleared off from the customers who ate there previously. That's completely a manager problem and it makes the atmosphere feel a little dirty. It's a shame because the waitstaff was great and the food was great. Management has to take all this into consideration. Maybe they can't get bus people to work there but when you see a manager walking around doing nothing there's no excuse for them not taking the bull by the horns and helping to clean the place up. What do they hire here prima Donna's?
Phoned in a takeout order for pizza and roasted broccoli per menu item and got cold, rubbery, steamed broccoli. Called to get credit and was told that would appear on my card within a few days. 12 days later still waiting... Bertucci's used to be our go-to for pizza but with plenty of other better options, not anymore.
Outstanding visit Giziah our server was incredible. Peter the manager introduced himself and made sure we had everything we needed. I had the roasted Chicken and broccoli Menucci It was delicious!! Would highly recommend!!!
