Great place for kids! I brought my 3 young ones here on the recommendation of a friend and they were excellent. They were able to schedule all three kids back to back, which was really convenient, and we were in and out pretty quick. They helped my kids feel comfortable the whole time, and we look forward to connecting our oldest with the orthodontist in the office.

I have not been to the dentist in over 3 years due to fear. My last dentist did not have chair side manner and was rough. All Family Dental and Braces of Berwyn is amazing. Both the dental assistant and dentist walked me through everything. They wee even courteous not to over whelm me with to much dental information. Clean facilities and very knowledgeable. Hello world I just found a new dental office.

They always take so long to see you and help you with the braces its about an hour wait even though you have a set appointment because they are short staffed. They should put so many appointments on the schedule is they cannot handle that many. I am a mom with other things to do and wasting an hour or more waiting for something thats done in like 15 minutes is ridiculous only regret is that we already paid for the orthodontics otherwise I would look for a new place. Don't waste people's valuable time don't overbook your day when you obviously cannot handle that many clients at once. Now I have to pay extra babysitting fees because they cannot be on time.

I went to this location when I initially started my braces and the staff and services were pretty decent. I then moved out of town and the commute became too much for me to keep up with. Fast forward , I called All family dental a month in advance, and was told a price to get my plan restarted. Goes to the office the day of my appointment, only for the rude, ignorant receptionist to throw in another price , as if I didn’t commute three hours to get there. When trying to explain that it was somebody from their office who gave me the price I expected to pay, she ignored this very fact and continued to quote another price . After I spent 89 dollars on a Uber to her there ,and would spend another 89-100dollars to get back home. After continuing to overtalk me, she then proceeded to try and kick me out of the office …I told her I would not be leaving without my dental records, X-rays, etc since I would need them to move on to another orthodontist After refusing my lawful rights to my dental records ,she proceeded to call the police multiple times…although I never threatened her safety…I did however yell to express my frustration… Being the law abiding citizen that I am, I waited on the police and told them the same story…I came from out of town, and All family dental waited until I got to the office to change the price. She also insulted me by telling the 911 dispatcher that I was just mad because I couldn’t afford to pay for my plan in a room full of customers violating any privacy or hippa protection laws that I had. I left embarrassed, humiliated, and out of 180 because the office tells customers one price over the phone ,and once we get there they change the price and think we are supposed to just pay because they say so. Horrible experience from a place I spent over thousands . They didn’t even have the decency to release my X-rays and dental pictures… This business is a pure disgrace, never talk loud to the receptionist, she will call the police on you and tell the customers you can’t afford your dental plan ‼‼‼‼‼‼

This is the best and most personal dentist office I’ve ever been to. I won’t be going anywhere else. The staff is always nice and attentive, along with the establishment being well kept and clean. If you’re considering going to the dentist go here!!!

I highly recommend this office. The entire staff is very patient and kind. The technology is top notch and the office is always very clean. Makes me feel relieved to finally find a great dentist. Update: I brought my 9 year old in today as a new patient and the entire experience was great! The staff genuinely cares for all patients and explained every step patiently to my child. Thank you so much!

Nothing but 5 stars across the board. Everytime I go the staff somehow gets more friendly. Everyone is nice and they make sure you’re comfortable before they get started.

This was my first visit with All Family Dental and it was a great experience! Everyone was so friendly and professional. I was very nervous because I haven’t been to the dentist in a while but they made me very comfortable and explained everything that was going on with my teeth and the treatment plan. Nice, clean facility. Off street parking is a plus. Will be bringing my toddler here as well!

I took my son for a dental visit and it was a very nice experience. Everyone in the office is very pleasant and make you feel welcome. I highly recommended.

All Family Dental is a great practice. Doctor Casey is Awesome, Personable and detailed, Love her! The staff from the Front Desk is friendly, professional and fun. I'm so happy I was referred to All Family Dental.
