Dangerous rude manager unhealthy. I was broken into and accused of destroying property that I had to repair. Great for identity theft. Lousy management. In trying to save since the rate was low cost me more money. Plan ahead in the future for a place to sleep. Gang activity

Staff was rude. Rooms smelled and looked dirty. Had to pay up front so when we saw the rooms we went back down and asked for our money back so we could go elsewhere we were told no refunds. We asked for toilet paper because one of the rooms had none and the lady got annoyed and gave us attitude.

I've lived here 9 months. It's clean. It's kept up. It's quiet & secure. I have my little dog with my husband & I. This is our home.

For a motel downtown Reno this place was pretty nice. The people here are friendly and the manager is pretty awesome, unless u get on her bad side. But she was so nice to my family through our hard times and im greatful for that! Thank you M!!! Your amazing!!

This place was nothing but rude and disrespectful. People there need to get off the dope and see there are other people out there.rooms smell like burnt leather and baby oil.

Nvr stayd here. Jus vizitd a frnd. Seemz a lil seedy & ghetto. Tha room had a rr, tv, 2 queen beds, & a small lil kitchnet az well tho

Clean, and quiet. Lot's of long-term residents. Not a bad price.

Nice place manager Marina is a Sweetheart.I have lived here a year.

The building is old some of the guest or rude as is the manager and his family.
