Great service , this carwash is the only that is open during the winter around the area .

I love this spot. There is a car wash by my house I go out of my way to go here. One word of advice, watch them do the job and pull out cash to show they will get a tip. I get the Gold was it's like $25.00 with tax. Car looks brand new when they are done ,Inside and out.

Nasty workers in the front of the car wash. Disrespectful to all people. Will have you pay for one service and then gives a down graded service. Will argue with you though they knowingly wronged and scammed you. Don't support their business it is a mistake.

I'm a US Navy Veteran with PTSD who hasn't driven in about 15yrs! I finally had to break down at the start of the pandemic and get my license and purchase a car; I've had the vehicle for about 5mos and today was the first time I went through the car wash and Id like to say that the staff here at Best Brooklyn Car Wash MORE THAN EXCEED any and ALL expectations! I was so nervous and also embarrassed walking in at my age and admitting my confusion and lack of any recent experience at the car wash. I didn't know where to pay, how to pull my car through, where my tire should be, NOTHING!! I was SO Scared!! But thankfully the Man starting the wash had EXTREME Patience and understanding to NOT get freaked out by my "awkardness" and guided me through with ease One of the men drying the cars made the experience EVEN BETTER by interacting with my dogs through the window This crew REALLY put my mind at ease and I am SO THANKFUL for their kind and courteous service. I will certainly keep Best Brooklyn as my Go-To car wash as They will get ALL of my business! ***Thank you guys, so much! You all have NO IDEA of how much this interaction helped me as a person who has lived isolated in fear for over 10yrs. Thank you so much

This car wash is not fancy but service it's good , nice employees too, and price are affordable

Car was dirty, so decided to stop here. It's not full service, but they did an excellent job in the exterior. Tire Shine lasted over a week also!

They dry the car in such hurry, I had to go back myself and hand dry it

Nasty attitudes, terrible customer service, car wash was terrible. Don’t go here!
