Absolutely terrible and rude service - wouldn’t let me return because I tapped my card and didn’t have the device I used even though I had the card and proved it on the card statement. Would’ve been fine if they were nice about it but he was so rude and had zero customer service skills. And when I came up to the counter the girl was on her phone and rolled her eyes as if I was interrupting her.
I was buying a printer I am very happy with the staff the Best Buy offers great staff when I asked a the people at the geek area at the back for the printer and a nest cam it took a while but eventually they found it and when I was done with the payments the guy offer to bring them to the front to pay for the items the best cam was found in the front and there were a lot of tech demos at the best but the location was very convenient! Too!
I recently purchased a Galaxy A54 phone, HP printer 4155e and a HP Envy X360 laptop from Best Buy for my college studies and for personal use. I found the staff to be extremely knowledgeable regarding the products they sell and were able to answer all my questions and give me helpful advice. The store was very busy on the day I arrived and I had to wait about 25 minutes to get my new phone set up with Virgin Mobile. That being said, the associate went over all the phone plans and matched me with an excellent plan that fit perfectly with my budget. The associate also gave me a gift card in which I used to purchase the phone case. I also became a Geek Squad member so I feel confident that if I need help with any of my purchases help is just a text away. Overall, I am extremely pleased with my visit to Best Buy. Store was clean and well organized and staff were top notch. On a side note, the washroom inside the store was super helpful when shopping!
Great Sized Store, but they're always out of stock on a lot of items it seems. For a Big Box Retailer of Electronics they sure are poorly stocked for audio items. The customer service there is terrible, you ask for assistance on finding items and they act like they're so busy & seem like they just want to rush back to standing around doing nothing except talking to their co-workers. The checkout staff also carry an attitude with them too as if it's such a burden for them to have to process your item. But isn't that their job? Also you would think they would have a better inventory system so that it wouldn't take so long for the checkout staff to process one item. Checking out a pair of headphones shouldn't take 5 Minutes
Absolutely terrible service. I went in with the intent to purchase a laptop. Went straight to the one i wanted, asked the associate who was standing nearby if he could check if they had any and grab me one. He came over, didn't say a word, scanned the barcode, walked over to the cage and shrugged his shoulders. He proceeded to walk around looking like he had no idea what he was doing, then proceeded to help other people. after 20 minutes of standing waiting around, a second associate came over to ask if I had been helped. I told him what had happened, and he then went straight into the back room, grabbed the laptop and cashed me out, all while the fist associate kept walking by and giving me the side eye. It was uncalled for and quite rude.
Easily the worst Best Buy in the city; the staff don't seem to care at all that they're on the clock and meant to be serving the customers. Whenever I come to this location, 9 times out of 10, all the men hang out in one section chatting, and they get annoyed when you try to interject to ask a product question. Instead of going back to do their jobs, they all collectively move to a different section of the store to keep up with their slacking off. Today, I just went straight to customer service for my product question, but the guy wouldn't even look in the computer to see if the item was in stock as the website indicates. The only helpful people are the women, but there are so few of them and they seem spread thin from having to pick up the slack from the extremely lazy male employees. Every time I see one of the lady employees, I feel bad stopping them because they're usually running around trying to solve some issue. This store has gotten so many face lifts over the years with renovations, but the one thing that needs to be cleaned out and replaced is the staff. Absolutely awful bunch of people, let them go play on their cell phones and chat the day away at home.
This store has ridiculous customer care. No one could expect to be taken care of after you pay the bill. They would be going to have one thousand of excuses to not do the thing they promised you. After you pay them money, they would just put you there and doing nothing at all. And when you ask them for solving the problems, they just kicked the balls again and again. I am totally done with Best Buy.
Bought a laptop online on a Wednesday on sale and received a confirmation email same day. On Saturday received a cancellation notice with limited information - I reached out and it was because I put my wife's email instead of mine. Their only solution was to reorder but at full price $450 difference because the sale had ended, even though it was their verification system that took three days. This was clearly a mistake that could be rectified but they refused to honour the sale price. I have shopped at Best Buy my whole life, but will never shop there again.
Everything went well till I reached at the Casher where Sohail helped me purchase a trimmer. Man he is not suppose to be cashing people out. He has a very bad attitude problem and that’s something you don’t need in customer service. He has cashed me out twice and both the time he had the same attitude. Had to write a review because he shouldn’t be working on the floor with that attitude.
Absolutely awful customer service. I went in to a buy a new laptop and not one person took the time to help answer questions and many actively avoided helping by saying they were too busy and that I should look for another floor worker. This has happened on numerous occasions. I will not under any circumstances be returning to this location. Unprofessional and dismissive is not how anyone deserves to be treated when they're willing to pony up thousands on a new laptop.
