I've been a customer at Best Buy for many years. If it were possible to give them 10 stars, I'd do it in a heartbeat. Paul & his team are awesome. Joyce has always been consistently outstanding & I'm very impressed with the interactions I've experienced thus far with the new pharmacist, Chris. The level of customer service that they provide is so impressive. It goes beyond simply being treated with courtesy, which they do without a doubt. It is also their dependability, high level of competency & their eagerness to assist, which will encourage you to become a life long Best Buy customer. If you require a pharmacy, you can't go wrong choosing Best Buy.
I love Best Buy! Not only is it in town and convenient, but Paul, Linda, and Joy are the best. I never have to worry about them not having my prescriptions like I did with CVS, Rite Aid, and Target. The small town atmosphere is felt as soon as you walk in. Basic supplies may sometimes be a dollar or two more but it’s worth it keep this kind of service alive. Again, staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and just a great group of people to converse with if you have to wait. They will even do on the spot prescription fills and refills and the wait is never more than 10 minutes. Thanks guys! You are truly a part of the Sierra Madre community!!!
Happy to write the first review. Small town Pharmacy. Funny that it is nice to go here even though I am hurt or sick every time I go. Paul make everything better knows all and provides a wealth of knowledge on all medical conditions. Plus he is a Trojan, fight on! Store Hours M-F 8 to 6 Sat 9-1 If that is what you are looking for, That is why I came here

Best drug store ever. Like going back to 1950 and people are friendly and there are no lines.
