Went to Best Buy on February 1st 2023 to repair my 14 pro max and it was timely and professional and works better than new. Geek Squad are way better than the Apple store in Raleigh hands down. If I have any issues with any thing electronic I'll let Geek Squad handle it. They are top notch.
Due to Covid, or so they claim... This Best Buy location never has anything that you need. The shelves are almost never stocked to capacity like they used to be. Prices have climbed on many items too. As far as the service, it's still good and the staff is friendly and helpful. Before visiting this location, I'd recommend calling first to ensure that they have what you need before wasting a trip here.
Poor experience with Geek Squad department. Scheduled IPhone Repair through Apple Support. Turned away after 40 min drive because the store did not have time before close to complete the repair. Would have appreciated a call so I didn’t waste my time. Rescheduled for a week later. Arrived and was told to wait despite having an appointment. Then was told that they had too many repairs and would not be able to complete my repair that day. I do not recommend this Best Buy store for service for the following reasons. Poor customer service. As a paying customer I would have expected at least common courtesy. Poor management. Based off their inability to schedule appointments effectively, they are undermanned and management is unable to utilize their people to efficiently fulfill their work orders. Please go somewhere else if you seek technical support. You will waste your time and be no closer to a solution than when you arrived.
This is my husband’s favorite store. We have bought the OLED TV, breville barista coffee maker, drone, Apple Watches and canon camera. They are very reliable and will continue to shop here.
I had the best experience ever this day the young man that we spoke with was very knowledgeable and well versed on computers and components, but the only down side to this day was how the other staff treated this young man. They walked by and looked down on him and then every chance they got to try to belittle him they said something contrary about him, so I had an issue with that. I would gladly go back and have another conversation with him.
I was pleasantly surprised to be waited on almost immediately when I got to the TV'S. Very nice young man. After I made my purchase and was just looking around I was asked by another young fellow if I needed help. Thanks Best Buy for not punishing your customers by not hiring enough help.
Ian at customer service was super nice and was very helpful. I came in because the gift I got for a friend came broken and he asked me a couple questions but kept the transaction very easy. His customer service was excellent especially how busy he was getting working customer service alone.
Just wanted to show my appreciation for Damien B, he is an advisor in appliances. He went above and beyond to help us get situated with purchasing a dishwasher this morning, etc. Very knowledgeable, and gave us the best advice. Thank you Damien!!
Very disappointed with the cell phone staff. I walked in bestbuy and went straight to the cell phone checkout area. No one was there, no lines. After a few minutes I waved at the security for help. He motions to a young lady stand beside him talking to a coworker. After 5 minutes or so goes by I motions again to maybe get help from someone else the young lady finishes her conversation but then stops to talk to some old friends that walk by. Understanding being understaffed is one thing but this was an employee not wanting to do her job. I went to security and found out that her name is or she goes by NAE. He informs me that she is the only person that can help with the phones. Going back to the cell phone area to wait a few more minutes nothing happens. NAE is still continuing with her conversation. My wife and I leave and the security guy apologizes as we pass by. This happened 12/29/22 at 7:00pm. I went to bestbuy to add to new phone lines. The Verizon store was closed. After my experience I just ordered my phones from Verizon’s website. I’m very disappointed, with the employee working the cell phone area,or should I say was supposed to be working.
Such a disappointing experience. We bought a new radio/back up camera for our RAV4 at the end of November, and had an appointment mid December to get it installed. When we showed up at the appointment it wasn't on their schedule at all and they couldn't do anything about it since they only have one person working the entire auto section. He reschuled the install for January. After dropping off my car I got a call no voicemail and when I called back I couldn't get through to the store. The call center person said he didn't know why we got a call. After several attempts we finally reached the store and the guy in auto told us that it was a mistake that we were sold the backup camera because it's impossible to install on our car. We were refunded. Once the radio was installed we were told that during the process that the console was damaged and that WE would have to go to Toyota and order the parts and pay for them, which was over $230. It's my understanding we will be reimbursed but now we also have to take the time to pick up the part and to get an appointment and have the console fixed. The whole experience has been so incredibly frustrating that we closed our credit card and are done with the store.
