The guy who helped me out in the appliance was down to earth and polite. He helped me make up my mind on my purchase ha. Only 4 stars because I think the store seems to be trying to re model and didn't seem the best organized store but we will see!! Overall I was not disappointed. Just have to find the right sales rep.
Dropped off my gaming computer for service at the geek squad. Was not once updated on the status in 10 days. I had to call on two sepperate occasions. Both times was promised someone would call back with a status update. Never. I just bought a new comp here because their online store said I could pick it up here in 1 hour. From what I have experienced so far, there is no way it's going to be ready today as promised 1 hour
Shayne went above and beyond to help me recover my photos, apps and info from my phone that had a black screen. He even stayed after hours to continue working on it. Amazing customer service. Very grateful for his patience and knowledge. Darren, the Samsung rep also worked hard troubleshooting to help recover the info. These 2 are very knowledgeable and helpful!
I did a store pick up. It was quick and easy. I waited at the counter for about 5 minutes but then when the customer service worker came up he apologized. I say quick and easy because I had when to a different Best Buy and waited in line for nearly 30 minutes for a store pick up. They couldn't find my order
They have a good selection of tvs. So, if you're in the market, stop by and see for yourself. There's an ongoing debate about which technology is better, Oled or QLed. Each has their own strengths and weaknesses; mainly contrast and viewability in brightly lit areas of the home, along with true black. Since some of these are considered Amoled, I can't tell if the active matrix makes a difference. Enjoy your discovery.
If I could give less than one star I would. RUN, don't walk away from Best Buy!! I bought all my kitchen appliances as well as a washer, dryer, side kick pedestal and regular pedestal. I have nothing but trouble and frustration from the minute the deliveries started. They ripped my linoleum with the stove, the dishwasher was not installed correctly-which was another service call! I had to wait until July 29th for my washer and dryer. I had ordered all these appliances back on May 30th!! When July 29th came the delivery driver called and said that they "loaded my truck too full" and he couldn't take away my old washer and dryer. He was supposed to come back but after multiple calls to Best Buy customer service, the driver had canceled my delivery and said his truck was still too full! Why, if he was taking my new appliances off, could he not load my old washer and dryer on there! When the washer and dryer were finally delivered, they put aa regular pedestal under my washer, not my dryer, this is where the sidekick pedestal should go. I called and explained the issue. Not a big deal but it was just one more thing!! I left out that the sidekick is on backorder. I was waiting until September to get it!! Yes I ordered that on May 30th as well!! Anyway, I got a notice from Best Buy on August 4th that I had a delivery scheduled for August 5th...I didn't make that appointment so I called and they said they were bringing a regular pedestal out...I didn't need a regular pedestal, I'm waiting on the sidekick. I told them to cancel, and a delivery driver called me the morning of August 5th. I confirmed that he had a regular pedestal, not the sidekick and he said a regular pedestal. So I canceled the delivery. Today, August 9th..I just got an email that the sidekick I ordered got canceled and I was being issued a refund. Again, I called customer service who apologized and said I'd be getting a refund. She wanted to know if I wanted to reorder and I replied no, I'd take my business elsewhere!! This is just the highlights of my ordeal with them. I could write another 2e paragraphs. A supposed supervisor also told me that I'd be getting a $500 gift card "for my inconveniences."...I've yet to see that either!! They are a complete joke!!
June 2023 I went here to specifically to pick up some AirPods I purchased from the mobile app. It was a convenient way for me to save time on my shopping since I knew exactly what I wanted. I went to pick up my purchase and also ended up browsing for an Apple Watch. They were on sale but I wasn’t still sure about my purchase so I went home to do some research. I didn’t end up going back to the store until a week later. I was having trouble in the app and when I saw the price had gone up I almost gave up and left when a supervisor helped me out letting me know that they price match. I was able to get all the items I was looking for while receiving amazing help from her. She went above and beyond when most people would not.
If 0 stars were a thing that's what I would give. The customer service is absolutely awful Spent a lot of money on brand new matching appliances a few weeks ago. The guy behind the counter screwed the delivery up. 2 separate deliveries for my fridge and microwave on one date but no one told us this so after the fridge guys left and didn't install my water line like I paid for I had to spend 2 hours on hold to find out the microwave was coming later. Today I find out that they won't haul away my dishwasher which I paid for because eof some clerical error on bestbuys part. It's absolutely crazy. Spend your money elsewhere because bestbuy is no worth the energy or headache they will cause.
Finally got my husband to leave the dark side and switch to an iPhone. Shayne hooked us up with some discounts and gave us several options for trade ins or payment methods. Overall super easy and great experience!
I *always* have problems with things I order from Best Buy. I don’t know why I keep forgetting this, and go back for more annoyance. Botched order fulfillment. Fine print restocking fees. Get your stuff on Amazon or Costco and save the troubles.
