Good store. Clean, well stocked. Owen did a good job listening to our needs for a printer. He might brush up a bit on his knowledge of at least the more popular printers. Checkout was a breeze. I would recommend for computer hardware.

Thank you! Thank you Michael for being such a wonderful and honest person when you sold the HP laptop computer to my husband. We had a horrible experience at the Portsmouth Blvd location with the salesperson who constantly said, "To be honest with you" which made us feel like any other day you would lie. So what? We caught you on a BE HONEST AND DON'T LIE day? On top of that, he was trying to get us to buy a higher-priced laptop. Not Michael Greenbrier location, he answered all our questions, Michael cared and he listened to our wants and needs. I must say, we had our laptop for a week and we are so satisfied. KUDOS to Michael. Thank God there are still some HONEST people in this world.

This Best Buy store was well staffed which was really nice because I was able to get thorough and helpful answers to all my questions. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and seemed to genuinely enjoy working there. They actually have many 'open box' deals which of course means savings for the consumer. All the 'open box' items are conveniently placed in 1 location so you don't have to search from them throughout the store. They also had pretty good deals on new items.

A fairly standard Best Buy location, nothing out of the ordinary or noteworthy.

Probably the most clean, easiest to navigate and well stocked of the Best Buys in the area, but also had a hard time finding/flagging down staff when I needed help. To be fair, It was near closing time so I can't imagine there were that many folk still clocked in.

I purchased these three appliances in October 2022. I am very pleased with them. Best Buy installed using a third-party installer and they were great. I have no complaints now I just need to get a refrigerator lol Great location great sales people, had a sale on appliances installation included good sales person . The sales person name was Dillon very knowledgeable. We spent about 30 to 45 minutes finding out what would go with my kitchen that we picked on this particular brand. Then Dillon walked me through the process of the sale which included all the perks at a price of course. Total savings was excellent Labor Day sale.

Best buy is one of the places where reduced enthusiasm is welcomed. They used to be over the top with sales. They were on you as soon as you hit the door. Well it a tad bit softer these days which is a good thing. They were the Merry-go-round of electronic stores. If you remember the Merry-go-round, then you know what I mean. It's comfortable and the salespeople are there anfmd will ask if you need help and help you if you do but won't hassle you if you don't. Quality merchandise and much better customer service than Wal-Mart, Target, or any of those types who are also selling electronics and appliances. Good job Best Buy!

Con: This was in fact the worst Best Buy trip I’ve ever experienced! I went in for an appointment with Geek Squad and to say the least I’ve never been this upset in my life . After talking with the technician, he said that since it had been past two years they can’t cover my device , which confused me even tho I had a 3year guarantee. The crushed feeling I had after I heard this wasn’t good and that worker was really dismissive ! I’d give 0 stars for him individually Pro: The wonderful employee Promise went above and beyond to help me get assistance from the awesome and understanding manager Derick . In the end Tedder helped me out and my process is on its way

Lousy customer service experience. Purchased an open box Bluray player but did not work. Returned it. bought a second one, it too did not work. Returned it. Never an apology, never anything other than cold gestures. Not the first time I've received poor service here and I've shopped at Best Buy for decades. I'll be skipping this location moving forward.

Love store location. Must be new staff as previously left ignored or had to wait for assistance. Chip greeted promptly and courteously upon entry, and the other rep was efficient with help. Thanks for great experience
