Best Buy

Very nice store with great service. We were about to get a TV from Costco but very glad that we stepped into this store for more information. KJ was very knowledgeable and candid. We learned so much. They still have the biggest selection of TVs and the store was very quiet. I guess lots of people are not buying from this type of stores anymore. wholesale is taking over. We are thankful that they are here.

I've gotten appliances at Best Buy before with no problems, but today I had a problem getting someone to wait on me. There was only one person who was knowledgeable to wait on me about a stove and the sales clerk was waiting on another customer. Many sales reps but no one else could help me. I waited around for about 30 min.and left. Very disappointed

I love Best Buy, but this place could probably use a bit more help. I normally wouldn't take a star off for this because many places are understaffed lately, but I was blatantly ignored by many staff who walked by me, which isn't very nice. Simply saying something like "I'm helping another customer right now but someone will be with you as soon as possible." would be nice to hear.

This is my favorite store out by me There was a new woman there second day working her name was faith. I could totally see her becoming the manager of a store. I was so blown away with how she handled every situation and all my questions and just everything about customer service. She will definitely be putting new high standards for everyone else. I had this very little detail on the TV that annoys me, but everyone else thinks it’s fine and she was able to help me find what worked best for my ocd. She was working along side Isaiah, which is another worker that blew Customer Service out of the park. Polite. A gentleman really heard my concerns was patient showed me all my options. I had to return something as well and met with Sabrina upfront, and she was outstanding with every single question I had, and they were very bizarre questions, the staff there today has been the best staff I’ve seen in a store. I’ve never seen such great service before. I’ve always loved Best Buy. I usually always have a great experience but now if I never have experience like I had today, I’ll be so sad definitely go see them. Top notch all the way around

Definitely a worthwhile place to come and visit. There is pretty much anything technology related here which is sweet to see! They also offer geek squad which they can help you with any issues.

I like this best buy. Everyone is nice enough. We've gotten phones, tvs, cases, microphones, etc from here. We never had an issue being helped and everyone seems pretty knowledgeable in their departments. No super above and beyond experiences, but I'm sure we'll return.

Purchased a tv but they would not let me lay it on it back in my covered truck bed with blankets . They said I might hit a pot hole and break the tv ! Does that go for every product you sell ? Lol My microwave might break when transporting it in my suv if I hit a pot hole . So I told the store clerk to refund my money . I have purchased about 8 tvs in the past the exact same way ! Never broke anything !

I was a fan of Best Buy but a recent experience left a very bad taste. I purchased a new refrigerator and when the item was delivered it was invested with ants - you read that right, ANTS! I drove to the store to ask for a replacement and was informed a delivery could not be scheduled for another week. So not only was I out of a fridge for a week but I also had to deal with the ants. To make matters worse, upon delivery of the new fridge, the delivery team put a scratch in my screen door. I called Best Buy and for my trouble ant problem and damaged property they offered me $50. I filed a complaint regarding the door but find it quite ridiculous that they feel $50 is commensurate of this terrible experience.

My husband and I just purchased the New HP Envy 17”, i7 & I am so happy we did! Huge shoutout to Alessia! She is so awesome! She provided us with outstanding customer service, she is extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous and super sweet! She was extremely patient with us and because she was so knowledgeable we were able to make an informed decision. Thank you so much Alessia!!

I purchased a new cell phone yesterday. No pressure, no vultures when I walked through the door, no attempts to sell me something I didn’t want, and no long wait times! I started by telling the associate what I don’t want and he said this is what I can offer based on what you requested. More product selection, more options, and my bill will be the same as it was 2 1/2 years ago when I last paid for a cell phone, which is unheard of with rising prices. The phone is actually $100 less than my prior phone. I will not go to another cell phone store again! I did my research comparing Best Buy with cell phone stores, and I am happy that I did! Best Buy in Easton, PA will be my go to for my cell phone.
