I would Give a zero star to this store at this point. we have had so many issue with our products. Our breaking point was with an over 3,000 dollar pc that had non stop issues. we were told multiple times to contact skytech and after 3 months of skytech not answering we now became past our exchange and return rate policy.At this point best buy now took in our pc and told us nothing was wrong and wiped the system out. We received it back scratched and covered in dirt, with the issue still occurring even worse. the issue being the display would cut out constantly. They took it in a second time and was told our graphics card had a sag and we needed a sag bracket but they reseated it and should be fine. We Took it home and still did not work. We took it in again and all they could offer is money back on a gift card of course so they still have to receive money from us and we cant take our business else where. We decided to use the money to buy our friend a tv unopened box from them. We open the box that night and the screen is absolutely shattered. Absolutely disgusted in the quantity over quality. Will be going to naples at this point at least they have more in stock to replace things. Total tech as well was no help and disappointed with the knowledge of geek squad telling us and doing things "to try and fix it" that we have already tried ourselves at home. We will be following through with our corporate complaint who also have said this should not be occurring at any best buy store.
"Captain Chris" thank you sir! I appreciate your customer service and beyond that, letting me talk and actually listening intently to me with considerate comments and professionalism. Felt like I was talking to a friend. Not many guys are approachable like you buddy and I really appreciate your patience with helping get that new phone. In the future, if I need to buy a TV I'm coming back to this Best Buy because they hire the "best" smart guys in the area and they're not snooty.
We went to the store to purchase new appliances fridge, stove, dish washer and microwave paid everything in full the same day the lady that helped us was really nice Amy Brown but she placed our order an gave us a delivery date for 11/25/20022 that’s for all the appliances except the microwave I got a call on 11/23 telling me we where getting the things delivered in two day between 8:00 am or 10:00 am on delivery day I got a call from the driver stating he didn’t have the fridge I called the store they transferred me to a different department they told me the fridge was at their warehouse I called the driver back he said he didn’t have the fridge my husband drove to the store and was ignored by Amy Brown and no one inside the store was actually helpful, long story short it is 12:55 pm now and no one knows if I’m getting anything delivered today they keep giving me all types of miss information I took all my food out of the old fridge for no reason, this was a stressful and very unorganized experience we decided to go with Best Buy because we thought that’s was the best decision if we wanted to invest money on great appliances and have a smooth experience we where Wrong!!! Every called I made I was hung up on and I’m still waiting to see what’s going on!
I recently went to Best Buy at Coconut Point to purchase a TV. I was met by Josh in the TV/Audio department. Josh was very knowledgeable, courteous, professional and patiently answered all of my questions. Through his recommendations I purchased a 75" TV and a sound bar. Josh also set up my Geek Squad appointment to have the items installed. I have dealt with numerous sales associates before but none came as close to Josh for being as knowledgeable and professional. Josh is a true asset to Best Buy! Great Job Josh - TV and sound bar was installed last week - I am very pleased with his recommendations!
At the Estero Store at Coconut Mall, I bought replacement techie items due to our home equipment getting damaged in Hurricane Ian's Surge. I had to wait much longer than the front greeter said to get help from a sales person but he was very helpful and helped me gather up everything I needed. Unfortunately there was only one checkout person and she took a very long time processing a Return. Finally another person walked by and told me to come with her, off to the side; where she quickly took care of my purchases.
Bought a modem/router and it did not work. After hours on the phone with the company's tech support, they told me to return it to Best Buy. The gentleman at the returns desk I forgot his name but he is from South Africa was absolutely amazing. Gave me ideas, shared a similar experience, and assisted me far above the call of duty. Prices are a little high hence 1 missing star.
My printer crashed so I went to Best Buy to see if they could help me fix it. It was old so we decided it wasn’t worth it. So I decided to buy a new one. They had plenty of options at very competitive prices as I checked Amazon for reviews. Overall a great experience and problem solved! I also subscribe to their tech support which is always quick to respond and helps me solve all my tech problems.
Bob was extremely unhelpful and rude. I ordered a laptop online when i arrived after an hour and a half drive i was given a laptop in a box that said "charger missing" this was confusing because when i purchased this it said charger included. They had the correct chargers in stock and refused to give me one. This was the weirdest experience I've ever had in a store. I definitely will never be shopping with them again. I will have to call my bank to charge back my card so this store does not get any of my money
As Best Buy stores have turned into mainly empty shelves, this location is quite impressive. Very well stocked store and great service. Even though they just recently went through Ian, clean and odorless.
Bought appliances and TV’s for new home in Oct 2021. We were scheduled to close at end of Feb, didn’t close until Aug 9. Sept 24, LG dryer quits working. Call Best Buy and they can’t get anyone there until Sept 5. Receive text they will be out afternoon on the 5. Hour after no show, called they said they would have someone out on the 15. Went into store next day and they said service manager would call 24 to 48 hours. No call. Did receive text and email on the 12 saying they would be out on the 13. Nice young man came out said dryer shorted out. He would have to order parts but would talk to store for options. Received email yesterday, they will be out on the 26th. I believe they don’t want to give me new dryer because that takes a new sale so make a customer who bought new appliances wait for over a month.
