Best Buy offers a wide variety of electronic items for your auto, home and office entertainment needs. We appreciate the friendly, attentive, helpful and awesome customer service from the female staff who was helping us out with finding what we were looking for this save us time with shopping in the store.

Great selection of electronics and accessories. Unfortunately, the cashiers and customer service areas have been combined. This leads to long wait times to buy one or two items. Moreover, there did not seem to be enough employees. I visited on a Saturday afternoon and a Sunday morning and I waited in line much longer than I expected based on the few people who were in line. Perhaps this is Best Buys way of encouraging people to shop online.

Came in to buy a 55" QLED TV that the best buy website said would be here. I wanted to check it out in person before purchasing. Came in around 10:45 and by 11:20 I haven't found it or an employee that can help me find, look at it and purchase it. I did, however, help a gentleman find the coax based flat TV antenna he was looking for because he thought I was an employee front desk employee sent him back here to find it himself.

This best buy feels like it is about to close. The shelves are half empty, too many items are behind security cases. The staff seems hard to find. There seemed to be about 8 staff members in the store, but the only ones who are visible and free are the receipt checker and the guard. Is this indicating a focus on security, rather than service? The checkout was closed, forcing me to figure out that I was expected to checkout via customer service.

If you are looking to purchase a cell phone as a gift, don't do it! They can not directly sell you any cell phone unless it's going on your phone plan.... And you must have a $0.00 balance with your cell phone carrier. Besides that mess, there's only 1 person who can assist with purchasing a cell phone, he's slow as ******, customer service is HORRIBLE! You see people waiting for service and you ignore them.... no, you let them know, I'll be right with you, you can simply explain the delay. But don't just have customers standing at around waiting to be seen.... PSA, without your customers there would be no store, that provides you a job. Best Buy do better!

I am giving it 2 stars because they had what I needed but getting out of the store with it was ridiculous!!! There are employees literally sitting around or congregating while there is one person in customer service doing returns and cashiering. This Best Buy is a shadow of what it use to be! I won't be suprised to see it go the way of circuit city or PC Richard's

Pretty much the same as every other review. No blue shirts walking around to assist you other then the one in the electronics by the tvs he was very helpful. Asked a female around the phone department for help amd she said someone would be around to assist me but i stood there for 20 minutes...

Wend I first ordered my TV they put my old address to be delivered. That was the first mistake next I go back to get the sound bar for my TV and find out that they don't carry it in the store. So I had them ordered it because no one carry it and two weeks ago I still have not received it so I canceled it and don't recommend anyone order from them

DeVaughn is the bomb! The staff at this Best Buy is professional, knowledgable, friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond. Will always patronize this store for my pc needs.
