If I could rate this store specifically Geek Squad less than one star I would. I made an appointment 2 days in advance to have the battery replaced in my iPhone 11 Pro Max. I drove 45 minutes to Vero Beach to just be told they don’t carry the battery needed. Total waste of time. On the website format to make an appointment it requires you put specific info about what service is needed which I did. Obviously the Geeks jerks at BB do not bother to read the notes. Why not call me to inform? I asked if they could order the battery and was told l would need to leave my phone and it would take over a week. When leaving the store I asked the man at the door if there was a manager and he said he was. I told him what had occurred and he stared at me with a blank look. What a joke m! And never again Best Buy!
Excellent service down here by the Geek squad. Had my dash camera installed here and Jose was very professional and informative both the time. He helped me to squeeze in an appointment checking his schedule, which was good too. Really satisfied with the experience. Good luck.
Was there to pick up a TV ordered online through Amazon Prime. After identifying ourselves, transaction ran smoothly, TV was taken out to the vehicle and placed into the vehicle. Excellent customer service, two people whose name's I'm trying to remember, Christian help load the TV into the vehicle and I believe Shantay is the name of the woman at the customer service window. Both were both kind and professional. A very positive experience overall. Thank you!
It is crazy how they approve good reviews on products when its a good review. But when its a bad review they wont even approve it. I ordered a NEW item and received a previously used/open item with no instructions manual or anything showing signs of it being new. Upon pick up, the box looked pretty beat up but the person who handed it to me said it was just the packaging that was damaged damaged by ups. Should not be selling open box items as new. And they should approve reviewed items so other buyers are aware.
I give up on Best Buy. We are total tech members and they now use third parties to do almost everything for them. My husband ordered two Frame TV’s for me for Mother’s Day to display artwork and pictures from the kids. They were to be installed the Friday before so he took off from work. They were a no show and rescheduled for Saturday. No show again. Then moved the install date out to Wednesday. They would never send updates that they weren’t coming or rescheduling. When he tried to complain or talk to a manager he would get the run around and nobody really cared. He could have picked up and hung them himself to be ready on time but wanted to use the service that we paid for. We recently bought a stereo system from magnolia. The guy who sold it to us was very knowledgeable but the people who came to set it up didn’t know much about the products. Have always been loyal Best Buy customers but they are forcing us to have bad experiences and want to shop elsewhere.
The associate seemed bothered that I needed help. He said there were only 3 associates there, and he was busy. He came to help me and it took less than 10 minutes. When everything is locked up, you can not help yourself. The guy needed to check me out. I was ready to leave the item I was purchasing.
I went in with a few questions about a ipad I purchased there a couple months ago on Friday afternoon, 6/23. I stood there while 3 different emplyees in the computer department completely ignored me. One just walked in the back, glanced at me & left area, another stood there chatting with a female employee, neither even acknowledged my presense as though I was invisible. I just kept standing there with my ipad in hand, for at least 15 minutes if not 20. I tried to be patient & non intrusive. Finally a guy that had been helping someone else walked over& asked if he could help me. His name was Craig. He was very knowledgeable, very professional, kind & helpful. I really appreciated all of his help. Craig is a asset to Best Buy.
My son bought a set of headphones less than a year ago they broke. I tried to take them back. He purchased the total tech warranty for on them. I tried to take them back when they broke and now they’re telling me that I have to pay the difference between what he paid, and what they cost now rather than an even exchange one for one this just does not seem fair. They should be fair and up front, WHY BUY THE WARRANTY IF DOES NOT COVERE EVEN EXCHANGE!!! I was told I should get a refund, after two weeks, and hours on the phone NOTHING EXCEPT DROPPED CALLS AND NO CALL BACKS!!!!
Geek squad member with Zelda necklace was incredibly helpful and sweet with all our pc needs and incompetency, easy on the eyes!
Took my phone in because it was not working at all. Not even the keyboard. I tried everything I knew... walked into BB no appt and in 20 minutes my phone was working fine and I was a happy camper and on my way
