Best Buy

We were given great service by Chad in the cell phone sales department. This is the second time he has helped us and he is great to work with. I will deal withhim for all of my Verizon needs.

So, far the best best buy in the Richmond area. We visited 2 other before coming to this one we where looking for a laptop in this location is were we got the best consumer experience and helpful staff... we bought our new laptop in this best buy.

Over the years Best buy has scaled back on it's presence, but this store is still fully engaged in the Best Buy spirit. Big shout out to Javier for helping me pick up a laptop. Keep it going, Best Buy!

We came into Best Buy this evening with the intention to buy a camera lens. We asked for help many of times and kept being told the camera person was on break. No one else tried to help or could even tell us when the camera person would be back from break. We waited for 45 minutes until we decided to leave. Best Buy didn’t used to be like this. It’s very obvious why Best Buy has been going downhill over the years.

Went here to find an AV splitter, didn't have any. Carpet old and dirty, employees just standing around laughing doing nothing. Building on the outside is very faded. Sad part is that the Walmart up the street had 30 av splitters in stock and 4 more pallets in the back. Won't be back to this best buy.

They need to make their lines more clear. If there is a sign and arrows pointing to the "STORE PICKUP line, it should be the Store Pickup line. If people are standing in the Store Pickup line, and you have no intention in helping them, at least direct them to the correct line that IS NOT labeled as a store pickup line. Instead of ignoring folks, be more helpful. Likely understaffed for the time of year.

Got the Sony wireless noise canceling stereo headset with Bluetooth capabilities. Once I found a salesperson, the rest was easy. A typical Best Buy.

Great experience due to the sales person that assisted us. He was very knowledgeable and helped us purchase a 75 inch TV that best suited our needs.

This “Best Buy” location is magnificent. All of the staff members are extremely obliging! It’s really convenient. I highly recommend this location to everybody.
