This Best Buy Is really cool, clean and has a ice and friendly staff. The products are clean and In order. The employees there know alot. I have found about 90% of what I'm looking for there. The parking Is huge and also always clean. Never too many people Inside. Best part that Is located where theres alot of other businesses, so you can make It a shopping day. Will shop here again!!!
We were in the middle of redesigning our LR & wanted to get a bigger TV to place above our mantle. The store asst. only been there 4 months did a really good job in providing info for us to help make a better decision for the TV & the mounting bracket.
My wife and I came to this store looking to purchase an appliance, my wife arrived first to the store and for 40 minutes she walked and looked but not one employee approached her to see if she had any questions or to see if she needed any assistance. I arrived and she showed me the models she liked and when we made our decision mind you after 15 minutes of my arrival I walked to the front asked a young lady working at the register if we could get some assistance by the appliances she called on the radio and guess what? After 15 minutes of waiting no one came to assist us. I decided to scream for assistance at the top of my lungs and 10 more minutes passed and still no one came we started walking to the front again and met with a lady to whom I asked if I could speak with the Store Manager guess what no store manager on duty a lady said that she was the manager but couldn't find a way to accept my legitimate grievance and just kept trying to placate and patronize me with empty apologies and vague explanation as to why there was no one there to help us. Any way avoid this Best buy if you can't just do your own research because you will not find any one to assist or to help find any answers to your questions here.
I purchased some items that turned out to be defective so I returned them and decided that a refund would be the best resolution best buy told me that I’d get my money back in check form and which was inconvenient since I’d paid in cash but I was like okay they first told me my check would come in 3-5 business days then they changed the date to 14 business days and now they’re saying 6 weeks before I get my refund for their defective items. I’m so upset because I’ve tried reaching out to them multiple times and they’ve only given me the run around. I just want this to be resolved so I never have to deal with Best Buy again. Please don’t come here the hassle is not worth it !
Great shopping experience and pickup service without any issues. Employees were friendly and the store was clean.
We got there 40 min before our appointment they made us wait 40min to drop off our computer and tell us it would be about 3 days before we could pick it up. In the 40 minutes no one else can in for help. The lady behind me was from FL and needed to get back to her job. They told her the same thing. She had to have an appointment to drop off her computer and it would be 3 days before she could pick it up. When I asked about it he said they only work by appointment. We will never buy from Best Buy again. The lady from FL said the same thing.
The Geek Squad at this Best Buy is a joke. I brought in my laptop in over a week ago when it crashed and they talked me into purchasing a membership from them so it would get the full works without me having to pay as much for whatever needed to be done. Around the first 5 days in, they emailed me, saying it's "ready for pickup" when, in truth, they needed me to come in to have me login to my Microsoft account to get the Encryption key to access the laptop in the first place. But before that, they had me schedule an appointment to pick it up which had me wait a few more days just for a pick up. Not once did they contact me prior to the first call telling me that they had received it and the email days later lying that it was "ready" to ask me for my Microsoft account to get the encryption key the entire time I was waiting. Then I had to wait a couple more days for them to tell me that the laptop was too corrupted to save my data and asked if I wanted them to do a hard reset to get it back functioning again at least or they could send it to their factory to save my data, which would cost me an additional $1,500. After a few minutes of thinking about, I told them to go ahead and do the rest and they said give them 30 minutes to do so and run some tests on it before coming to pick it up. I gave them over 4 hours and not a single call back from them. When I eventually arrived there, they had someone else other than who was handling the laptop talk to me and they were not informed about the issues or current updates. Now, Mr. Newbie tells me that my hard drive was too corrupted to even do a factory reset and insisted that I get a new hard drive to replace it. Not once did they call me between the time I last spoke to the person handling it on the phone about the factory reset to when I arrived hours later to get it to tell me any of that. Having already spent almost $200 for terrible membership services and to basically tell me there was nothing they could do to save my laptop without charging me even more than what I had already spent, I refused their suggestion and left with my now-DEAD laptop. I would absolutely NOT recommend this particular Geek Squad or purchasing an annual Best Buy Membership from them for your repairs, as their service is shoddy regardless. I would give them zero stars, but I can only go as low as one. What I do recommend is finding somewhere else for computer repair. This particular Geek Squad is not worth your time or money, and their membership services are a complete ripoff. -1 star
I have been having the worst online shopping experience ever after placing ang and order on August 19th. I placed an order for a 77" TV, washer, dryer, and refrigerator- plus for mounting and installation of each product. It is now September 10th and I haven not received ANY of the items at not faul t of my own. I've been on the phone with Best Buy/ Greek Squad every other day. I'm told the same scripted apology and to follow up in 24 - 48 hours. It's beyond disappointing at this point; it's just disgusting. Each representative reads the notes from the previous call and tells me they're "expediting my case to the right person to resolve this issue as soon as possible." Several of the reps told me there was a glitch in their system with the order and it was essentially stuck in limbo, that if couldn't be canceled or delivered until "IT" dept corrected it. I ended up ordering a fridge from Lowe's and it was delivered 2 days later! Now I'm looking to see where to get a washer and dryer.

We had been in the store for 20 minutes without any employee asking if we needed assistance. Looking for a TV. Planning on purchasing that night. At separate times we each asked the cashiers for someone to help us. After waiting for several more minutes, and watching employees standing around chatting with each other we left the store. Fifteen minutes later we were speaking with someone at Sam's Club about buying a TV. Very helpful employees at Sam's. I'm not shopping at Best Buy again! I will continue to shop at Sam's!
