Best Buy

I travel widely and have been to many Best Buy stores across the country. This store customer service beats them all. In two separate visits I interacted with 6 different employees and every single one was the most cheerful, helpful, customer oriented employee you could wish for. Impressive!

I had a great time in this store. The staff were all engaging and friendly. Everyone seemed happy to be there. The staff exhibited great firsthand knowledge of products and services. There's certainly some great deals to be had. I can specifically site that Tanner and Tiffany were of great help and assistance. This location has my support and business, without question or hesitation.

Usually my experiences here are really good. I love coming to this store and I love the atmosphere. The staff is usually friendly; however, the last few times I’ve come here I have had really bad interactions with one employee. I came in to buy an iPhone and he essentially refused to sell it to me for some “corporate and federal regulations” of which I could not find any where else on the big wide web. He told me to come back a day later and he would sell it to me with an “authorized user” on our account even though I’m over age. He then was rude to both me and my mother. I went through with the deal, just wanting to get away from him, just him to tell me they had no more items left to sell me. I wouldn’t have written such a lengthy review if this had been my first and only interaction with him, but it was not and he was just as rude to me then as well.

Best Buy has some pretty fantastic folks that can even work with me. I am a Disabled Veteran, very block headed, not at all up to date with electronics, and they have the patience for ME! That has to say something

Best Buy has the worst CSR service I have dealt with. In-store pick-up went South because my items showed up damaged. Told they would refund and have the item sent to my house, never happened. RUN!

Tyler is the best! He keeps me up to date on all the things i need to make life easier.

Items are not placed in correct spots and sale associates blame on customers for not being in right spots.. if you have 20 ppl working then they should be keeping that place looking good and things in right spots should be no reason why this type of mistake happened twice... also best buy is named for good prices that being said why are your prices the most expensive in town...

It's a best buy, had greeters at the door. Had 1 person ask if I needed help finding anything, but only 1 out of 5 people I passed who weren't with customers.

Small store, looking for a DJI drone but they don't keep them in stock because of "theft" even though everything is behind a locked case. Lost my business because of that.

I have good credit so I applied for a Best buy in store credit card. A year after I paid off my washer and dryer center and canceled the Best buy credit, they still kept trying to charge for my monthly payment, had to contested many times.
