Nice sales staff. Not all, but some ask if I need help. A perfect balance of wanting to peruse without bother and needing help and having support there. All were kind and special thanks to the guy helping me find what the store said was in stock that wasn't a primary common item.
I don't shop at Best Buy often but I was looking for a new MacBook and their price was hard to beat. The staff was friendly and helpful. The 4 star is not a knock, nothing went wrong with my last visit/purchase just that every store can always improve.
Staff was friendly, prices are what you would expect from a big box. Great selection of what I was looking for tailgate speaker. Taxing them a star cause 3-4 of the display models weren't working and it seemed a lot of ones that were less than $300 weren't on display at all. I know you can't unbox everything, but I wanna try out what I'm buying... especially if it's over $200.
It's a typical Best Buy. I was looking at laptops and an employee pretty much forced his help on me. I told him I was looking at a particular laptop and he stood there and read the specs to me. Thanks dude. I can read too. These employees need more sales training.
Best buy is making it so easy to go to Amazon. We were told we had to go line and get our rewards in order to use them. Well I just save more money by buying from Amazon. Poor decision Best Buy.
Went in last week with my son and he purchased a new tv. We had many guys offer to help us, which we appreciated so much. When he checked out, it was Roman that kindly and professionally helped us with paying and setting up for delivery. My son ended up wanting to pick up the tv earlier so he went back in with his dad Saturday and was told it could be up to an hour wait to change it from delivery to pickup. After the hour, I called and told my husband they needed to go back up front and find out the status bc it should not have taken that long at all. They didn’t want the hassle, so I drove over to the store myself and within 10 minutes talked with Roman and he handled the situation right away and we were out of there. So long story shorter, being a business owner and knowing the importance of customer service, he’s a keeper! Thank you again Roman!!
I recently went into the Noblesville Best Buy, and I cannot speak highly enough about the PHENOMENAL Customer Service. Cole is an AMAZING Manager and he not only loves his job, he takes pride in helping the customers. Also, Roman has an abundance amount of knowldge about the televisions. I had such a great experience at this Best Buy with both of these individuals, that I will be back in the future when in the need of purhasing any device!
I mostly go to Best Buy, because I collect movies. If you are looking for that new movie. Bestbuy will probably have it. The workers there are great if you need help.
They were knowledgeable enough. Calvin, Ashley, and Prinav made the experience worth my time and provided helpful feedback through the decision making process. The two stars really came off with the delivery. Being a total tech member that just spent a stupid amount of money on av equipment for a new basement, I would have expected the behemoth tv along with the other two 50"+ panels to have been carried to said basement and not left at the front door. Seems like a simple task to provide a massive convenience for customers whom have invested in your product/service.
Great customer service. I walked in today wanting to get a laptop and one employee came up to me wanting to help. Spent some time with me to figure what is the best choice. Did not waste time making sure I get my product on time. He should definitely get a raise in my opinion.
