Like most best buys these days, it was a bit empty considering it was Saturday morning. There are more options online than in this store but the human help is for sure useful on making the right choice. If there's a home appliance or tech gadget you need, you will find it here or online with free pickup.
The gentleman that took care of my order was very helpful and patient. The item I wanted wasn't on display. He was kind enough to get a tape measure so I would have an idea of the freezer I was purchasing. The two men who delivered the freezer were on time, helpful, kind and accommodating. There was a link in my texts where I was able to see the time they would arrive and they were right on time. I am very thankful that I was helped by that best buy rep and also for the delivery men. A great experience.
Very helpful customer service, helped me find what I needed and quite quickly. The prices were higher in general than the MicroCenter in Yonkers, but the store was very well run. Clean as you would expect in a Best Buy. I believe the store did not open til 11 on Sunday when I came here. All of the staff were very professional and helpful.
I had a a wonderful time buying at BestBuy recently. The salesperson at the store was very helpful in assisting me purchasing a FitBit watch for my girlfriend's Christmas present. Thank you BestBuy and Happy Holidays.
I bought a phone there. The phone was defective. I called best buy nationally. They sent me a replacement and said take defective phone to the best buy were i bought it from to return. I did and the female working in the phone department didn't want to help me with the return. I called best buy nationally while at the store. The person said let me talk to customer service at the store. I put the phone on speaker, went over to the male working in customer service. He told the lady on the phone that he couldn't help me because they were short staff. Then he walked off to stand and talk to another employee for several minutes. hey were not busy. I left the store. Horrible customer service.
The associate who helped me was extremely helpful. I was surprised since I had questions about an item with which I didn't think anyone would be able to help. But he was really friendly, happy to help, and gave me all the information I needed to make an educated decision on my purchase.
Beware of deceitful employees!! I went in store to purchase two items myself in less than 5 minutes since pick up in store was taking 3 hours and not ready. The employee did not let me complete the order as a pickup. This resulted in me looking the online additions on trials of Apple Music, and more. When questioned about this, he only added Apple Music manually as I requested - which means he didn’t bother letting me know I have this option and more. Lastly, he didn’t bother to offer a paper receipt and claimed to have sent an email receipt. This was not true as I did not receive an email. He cancelled the option to send a receipt to email, and select no receipt. This employee’s greed was not obvious to me at the time, but is clear as day as I am now unable to return one of items. Buyer beware! We have many other options to buy electronics with return dates that are longer than 14 days.
It's your typical best buy location. Visited during day time and found the shelves on the cable section pretty much empty. Staff was helpful and still got what i needed. It's ok I guess but I have been to nicer locations.
No wonder Best Buy is dying a slow death. Its customer service sucks compared to its competitors such as Amazon, Walmart and Target. Their website states that it could take UP TO 10 min for someone to come out with your curbside order. I waited almost 20 min and had to go inside and pick it up myself, even though I had a confirmation that my order was ready. I tried to call the store, because I was alone in my car with a sleeping baby which is why I chose to do curbside in the first place. After a long wait they routed me to a call center that had no capability to actually call the store. The representative stated that unfortunately he could only tell me if my order was ready and that if I had the confirmation then he couldn’t do much more for me. This is definitely not a parent friendly place to shop.
Super busy but that’s expected at this time of year. I placed an order to be picked up in 1 hr. I arrived 2 hours later with still no notification that my order was ready. A gentleman was able to help me right away and it was no hassle.
