Best Buy

Great store. Been shopping at it, since it opened. Most of the staff is friendly. I do feel like the store is lacking someone in charge to manage and keep all the displays, looking nice and operational. This store was also built when Homestead had a much smaller population. They really need to update the store, and offer more products like some of the stores to the North have. Homestead has changed, this store hasn't caught up yet. I like the store and just want to see it do well.

Its a great store but it's really not what it use to be back in the days and to make things a little worse you have to buy you're own bag to have the stuff you bought from there bagged. I think that is so ridiculous and so tasteless. I have a feeling they will all be closing down soon they better shape up before they ship out.

Why do I have to wait over an hour in “que” to get a Apple Watch. I was in the Christmas spirit before coming here. It drained all my Christmas energy away. Stay away from this store if you want to keep your sanity. Processes makes absolutely no sense. No help or understanding for peoples time. Buyer beware!! Take your money else where.

Firt time visit. Nice location but they were short staff so I didn't get to ask the questions I needed. I love bestbuy it just sucks when I don't get to purchase because I can't get the assistance needed.

Not what it used to be. Check out line was hard to find after being pointed in the right direction I had to wait for someone to come ring up my purchase. Store is more geared up for online sales now it seems and the lines are for in store pickups.

This Best Buy is quickly looking like Circuit City just before they finally died. Empty shelves, no staff, weird lines wherever they can save money. Best Buy is dead here.

They moved the register to the Geek Squad area. The spot where the registers were looks like they're undergoing renovations. There were boxes of stuff all along the back. It just looked sad. Like they were going out of business. As a tech guy, going to this Best Buy used to be fun. It was depressing.

Exactly what you think of a homestead area store. Store has roof leaks leaking water on product. Selling product for more than double amazon listed price for same day shipping and they wont even budge to make the sale. Seems pretty dumb to me.

Ya know I go there every time I pass by coming from Key West! Never commented before have no clue why! Was there yesterday and the General Manager Enger helped me personally with a problem I have been having with my sound bar hook ups. He solved my problem without another purchase necessary. I am grateful for that! This place gets a 5 star review hands down!

The attention of the people from customer service is not good. I went to buy a product and the ones that were in stock were open boxes and I asked them if the price changed because the product was open and what security do I have that someone did not change the merchandise and the response was rude and with no intention of explaining, they just told me it's the same price, take it or leave it
