Recently had a very good shopping experience at Best Buy. Wanted to buy a firestick for a television. The gentleman working there educated me quite well as to what needed and at the best price. I did not know much about firesticks prior to the visit. Everything worked out perfectly and I got the firestick up and working when I got back home.
I bought a new phone on boxing day. I couldn't figure out how to transfer everything over. I went back to the store and Geek Squad helped me out!! A nice young man named Dom helped me out a great deal!! The knowledge this young man had was beyond spectacular!! Thanks Dom for all your help!! Another happy customer!!
I tried to buy a dishwasher during Best Buys boxing day sale 2023. I contacted customer support and was told there would be a delivery charge even though I'd be picking it up from the local store. When I questioned this, I was informed that this store does not have stock of this model therefore, they would have to obtain it from another store or their warehouse. This policy is unacceptable so I bought the same model from a competitor. The store where I purchased the dishwasher also did not have stock locally but did not charge me a delivery fee to bring it from their warehouse to place of purchase. Needless to say, I won't be shopping at Best Best anymore.
Great experience with Best Buy and helpful staff. The Geek Squad there are super. Timely and efficient. You can count on them. Totally satisfied. My latest product, an Acer Desktop. WOW service.
Best Buy is super cool! They have everything—TVs, laptops, and more. The people who work there are really nice and help you find what you need. The store is big and clean, and I always find the best stuff. Best Buy is my favorite place for electronics. Deals could be better though.
I recently purchased the Sony Headphones and had an outstanding customer service experience with Turaab. His assistance was incredibly informative, guiding me seamlessly through the process. Horrible customer service manager in the tv section wanted to price match with www.telecityelectronics.ca located in Brampton. They guarantee lower prices than big box stores. Advertised on website On their website, it said to call in for price. I called them Friday to confirm the price. They said it was $2099. I went into bestbuy today to purchase this item at bestbuy with my bestbuy card, and the manager gave me a hard time with this. He had no interest on selling me anything. Had no interest in helping me. I explained to him. I was here 3 weeks ago and purchased a full surround sound system for $4000 and i was able to price match the receiver from 2001 audio video with no issues. I even had the receipt to show proof. He had no care to look or to listen. He raised his voice at me like i did something wrong. I was standing there holding my baby in my arms very calm. check your camera as proof I explained to him ok fine you just lost business. He responded oh well good for you. I have no idea how he thinks thats professional. He was extremely rude and unprofessional and thats bad for Best buy business. Also, to raise your voice at a customer is ridiculous. And just so we are clear. Video can prove that i have my baby in my arms and was calm. And to be honest, i am completely in my right still to return my big purchase of speakers/subwoofers and receiver $4000 worth back to best buy and purchase my product from a different company. I hope you make this right.
Wow..can't believe how useless the staff was there. Went in looking for an item. Lots of staff everywhere. Asked an associate, he said they don't sell it there, only on Marketplace. I was sure I saw it on their website, so I looked it up and brought it to another associate. She said "it says we have four, I'll ask someone where to find it". She went to ask another associate who said it's behind the Mobile Wall. Didn't help me find it, just directed me. Wasn't there, was getting frustrated, asked someone else. Pointed me in another direction, wasn't there. I then wondered around on my own and finally found what I was looking for. I wasted my time asking for help from associates. Lesson learned.
Worst customer service experience I had today at this store. Waited for 1.5 hour in the line for phone plan, no professionalism by the employees, knew nothing about the plans….rather taking to each other about their breaks when the customer is sitting in front of them waiting for an answer to the query. Afterwards, went to collect my online parcel and the employee was not even willing to give a bag even after requesting for 3 times. The staff really needs some training before coming on the floor to treat the customers and knowledge about the company’s products
I went in to pick up some ear buds that were on sale on the website. It took probably 10 mins before someone came to help even though they were all standing around collecting a paycheck for nothing. When the sales girl finally came to help I told her that they were on sale and she rudely told me that's an aftermarket seller. I asked her where does it say that she said it's right there in this small text. I felt like I was bothering her by asking for help by the attitude she was giving and when I got a bit irritated by her lack of help she had the odasity to tell me not to take it out on them. This person was neither professional nor courteous towards customers. I guess customer service isn't what it used to be, I will never step foot into to that Best Buy again thanks to their ignorant and lazy staff.
