Best Buy

I had such an amazing experience with one of the team members at this store, and I wanted to find a way to thank him. Unfortunately, I'm not positive I have his name right but I believe it was Johnathan. I was looking for the first Pokemon cards for my 5 year old, and he was BEYOND helpful— friendly, enthusiastic, interested, and even shared a little something he had with my kiddo to blow his mind. If I'm wrong about his name, I'm so sorry...but if happens to see this thank you SO very much! You made his day!!

What a wonderful store! This particular Best Buy has got to be the largest, and coolest that I have visited. The layout is awesome two floors and escalators. I stopped by to pick up my new Series X by Microsoft on Friday 2/25/2022 as well as a few accessories for the XBox. I was assisted by a Best Buy associate named Harry who was genuinely interested in helping me find what I needed a very helpful and knowledgeable person. Thanks for the help. Everyone say hello to Harry or look for him when you arrive he works at the pick up location . Great customer service, awesome store layout. Five stars.

Went to the Sherman Oaks Best Buy hoping for a smooth in-store experience, but boy was I wrong. Tried to purchase a TV that was advertised on sale, but they insisted on charging me full price. The staff seemed disinterested and clueless. Felt like they were trying to pull a fast one on me. Left the store without buying anything. Never going back to that location. A complete waste of time.

I needed a simple purchase of inexpensive equipment. I was looking for an employee for debts, the assortment of goods is not large, there are a lot of goods on the showcase, but it is almost impossible to choose a color or modification. 4/5

I needed a wifi router, the staff service was awful, except for the guy at the entrance. Empty shelves, out of inventory and lack of customer service, a perfect formula to go bankrupt soon.

Avoid this store at all costs. I went to trade in my smart phone during a promotion, I was suppose to get a $800 value for it. Brian Mason the store manager said that I will only get $150 for it. I had to fight them to get my phone back since we had already started the "Trade in Process". Went to culver city and got my full $800 value. Literally theft.

Probably my favorite Best Buy in California. Two stories of electronics bliss, this location has everything you need. From the latest cell phones, video games, appliances and really any housewares; this location has it all. Love the theater section there. Had what I needed when other stores in the area did not. The staff was helpful and efficient. So this place, especially in the San Fernandk Valley, is the place to go

Do not go to this location! Had the worst experience yesterday with employee. I was shopping around for a new Apple Watch I asked an associate if they had the one I wanted in stock he said no. I said okay but then I looked at my app and saw they did have them so I asked again and said the app showed they had in it stock. He said let me check my system came back and says shows I do have one. He said you would like it? I said if you could grab it I might take it. I was 99.99% I was gonna take it but im also still browsing and also wanted to shop for kitchen essentials. He said I quote “I do not want to look for it if you aren’t gonna but it” WHAAAATTTT! Woah I said well I’m sorry so you don’t want to do your job? I asked him his name he said it under his breath so I asked again he literally said “ I said it once already I’m not gonna repeat it” I said I didn’t hear you. He said well I’m not gonna say it again. As I was walking out I ran into a manager told her my story she was somewhat apologetic but I saw no resolution so left, I have a Best Buy credit card and really am considering closing the account and making sure none of my friends and family give business to people who hire such rude staff that is unhappy with their job. We work very hard for our money in this really bad economy and still manager to splurge on ourselves but this store made me NEVER want to return even if it’s so close to home. Maybe target deserved my business because they are kind and also price match! HORRIBLE EXPERINCE PLEAAE DONT SHOP HERE

When I asked about a particular function that I required from a monitor, they told me I should go to Amazon so as for reviewing purposes, I’m going to say I had expected a different experience. If it matters, I did persist in my inquiry… Eventually, he said that I could take it home and try, it has a two week return policy, so I guess as a consolation, that answer was acceptable, but had I taken their first answer I would’ve been gone so I would encourage Best buy, to train their people to Work on customer retention skills.
