Beware...once you step inside, you will not want to leave. Here you can find all kinds of super deals. That's the problem, you can find so many different products, big TVs, all types of games, drones, and kitchen products. Best of all plenty of computers, Apple, HPs, and super products to go along. I found a new USB C flash drive that enable me to drop pictures from my smartphone. That was Cool. . Well got to run for now, my Sweetheart has shot an azimuth to another of her favorite stores, ROSS! YIKES! This time, I see the train coming...and it's off the tracks...Lol! Look, take my advice and came someone and tell them how much you miss them, give someone a big hug, or, reach out to a family friend and let them know you care. Don't pass up the moment, life is too short. Pay It Forward and watch it return! Peace, know that God gave us His love and His very best, like and follow Ciao!
Bought a tv here with a huge discount. The staff was decent, the experience overall was smooth. They have alot of higher end tvs on display. They sale smartphones laptops and much more. If your looking for a nice smart tv I would definitely recommend them. I think they also do price match.
BUYER BEWARE! If I could give zero stars, I would! I asked for help making a purchase of a TV for my elderly father 87 years old who lives in an assisted living home. I was told that the TV that I selected would meet the needs I described. He only has cable. I then returned to purchase a universal remote because my father had an issue getting to the cable channels he watches. No floor associate would answer the customer service desk's request for assistance for me so I was told that the remotes were in the tv section and I should be able to find them. I went in search of the the remotes. I found an associate on a ladder putting stock away and waited a few feet away at the bottom of the ladder. I happened to look the other way when he came down the ladder and he walked back into the stock room. There is no way that he didn't see me. I made a selection and when checking out I was told that I could return it and the tv if they didn't work for my father. I live 3 hours away and my father does not drive, so when I was able to return the tv, I was told that it was 2 weeks past the return date. This was after the associate had unboxed it and said it was in good condition. I explained the situation and asked if we could exchange it. The supervisor refused and said he was following company policy. He had the nerve to tell me that he understood my situation. I find that very hard to believe! The associate boxed the tv up and I took it back. When I purchased the tv, I got the extended warranty which I guess that was wasted money also. Now for the extra insult....I had to return to Best Buy to get the screws that the associate left out of the box when she boxed it back up. I received no apology for that inconvenience. I tried to call the store manager and of course he was off that day. I asked for the corporate number and was told that I could Google it or they could Google it for me. I asked the person on the line to Google the number for me. I tried calling the corporate office on 3 different occasions and the wait time was 19 minutes each time. BUYER BEWARE! The Best Buy slogan is "Expert service. Unbeatable price." That's a joke!
I find it amazing that you can go into a Big Box store during the noon lunch hour and only one person is working on the floor. That individual was actually helping someone in the cell phone area. I wanted to purchase a tablet and went to the computer section, which takes up the back of the store and the only thing to be found there were the dust bunnies and myself. It's like they don't want to sell products.
Everyone is very helpful. Seth did a great job with my installation. He was very polite and took time to show me how to use my new stereo and backup camera.
Jacob with Geek Squad in the Best Buy located in Christiansburg, VA was super helpful and kind! My kids locked out my iPad and he was patient to help me get it reset! Definitely recommend him for any help you might need!
Excellent customer service the past two visits! Jacob sold me a new cellphone and was "top shelf" with his attention to detail! A customer service rep forgot to look at her name was also extremely helpful and upsold me on some new earbuds! It is refreshing to see great customer service here when at so many other stores that element appears to be lacking!
If I could give them a zero star I would i've been dealing with the project Project for over two years And it's still not completed. I have very bad experience with the General manager of the store I never got my product installed what I paid for.
I’d give zero stars if possible!! This is the worst store with awful management. I bought a iPad from this store and got it home it wasn’t working. So I called the store to see what my options were for switching it because I’m over a hour away from the store. The manager Katherine was extremely rude and said she wouldn’t help. So I asked for them Gm Jacob was just as rude not trying to help a customer out. If you need any electronics just go through target or the actual retailer. This company is a complete joke….save yourself the headache!
Good luck getting employees to stop stocking shelves for 5 minutes to come and help you. Stood at the cell phone counter for 20 minutes waiting to buy a phone, at least 5 employees saw me standing there, and not one offered to assist me or call someone over who could. 0/10 for customer service!
