Best Buy in Nashua is a better place to buy electronics. They have a big selection of stuff like phones, laptops, and TVs. The people who work there are friendly and can help you find what you need. Plus, they often have good deals, sales and better offer than apple stores. It's a cool place to shop for all your tech needs, and you can trust them for quality products and helpful service.
Unfortunately big box retail stores are starting to feel more like like Woolworths. If you don’t know what that is, look it up. The lack of associates in the store makes it pointless. I could have placed my order online and just picked it up. There is nothing in the counter to look at, which make it pointless to have a store.
Buy a Surface 9 Pro, one of the staff, a girl, was beneficial when choosing a gift. Avoid the young guy with curly hair. Didn't try to help me
We purchased an Insignia 40" Amazon Fire TV for $199.00 with a $100.00 savings. It was light enough for me to carry out to my vehicle and into the house to set up. Only thing to remember that we were not aware of was that we can not use our Xfinity channels on the Fire TV. So local channels are not available. But the FREEVEE channel does provide numerous channels we did not have with our basic channel lineup on Xfinity. We can get up to date news from local channels via their apps on our phones. As well as no sports, but that's okay as we are just casual sports watchers anyway. We refuse to pay $$$ for any extra apps. As we can watch highlights of lots of games after they have happened -- again we are just casual sports watchers. We placed the wider TV on a center speaker and I made a longer base for the TV to sit on, as it is in the corner of the room -- no wall mounting for us. Lots of free apps but you need an Amazon account to get them.
I always prefer to shop in person and support physical locations. Unfortunately, I usually walk out empty. The first time I came, the product I wanted wasn't in stock and that was understandable. The second time, there was a sales queue you had to sign up and wait for until a staff member was available to get the item you wanted. I will say that the store has definitely gotten a nice upgrade since I last shop here. There's electric bikes on display, Lego sets for sale and other entertainment items besides the usual movies, cameras and games. The action camera section needs more variety, it's mostly GoPro products, even though there are other players in the field now.
Really like the new layout of this best buy. Note that the lower garage is not accessible by elevator at this time for some reason. Parking on the street level is a bit tight due to reserved spaces for pickup spots. The staff were super friendly and very knowledgeable and took their time to answer all our questions about the product we were asking about.
I worked yesterday with an associate named Adi I could be wrong blonde young woman with bar cartilage piercingshe was excellent and helped me through every step of activating my new phone. It was a lengthy process but she never left my side or was annoyed having to wait with me. She made me feel comfortable. Thanks Adi I think!
Poor experience, ordered a TV and Came to pick up 1 day after notified it was ready for pickup. Took over an hour for the associates to bring the correct TV out for pickup. Waste of time.
Thank goodness this big box store has been a survivor. I hope they continue to have success. July 22, 2022 was a different shopping experience because the store is undergoing major interior renovations. Should be interesting, as there was so much hustle and bustle by both employees and numerous contractors.
New store layout is nice. I was looking to buy an apple product, but I think you are better off at the Apple Store as they have more models and options either in store or available with much shorter delivery wait. I was considering a Razer Blade Gaming laptop before I decided to go Apple. Best Buy has none of those in store at all... Only online.
