First off, our sales associate was professional and did his job very well. However, I purchased install & requested my old appliance be moved. NEITHER WAS DONE BY THE DELIVERY CREW!! I contacted BB customer service direct the following business day and was informed they couldn’t do anything about either situation. I’d have to eat the install cost I paid even though they didn’t install my appliance, and it was a shame my 300lb appliance was left in the hallway, but they couldn’t resolve that either. I was told a manager would contact me. It’s been 5 days and not a single call or email. Would anyone like to suggest what I’m supposed to do with a 300lb appliance I can’t physically move? It was specifically written on the work order and customer service dictated that info back to me. IT ‘WAS’ WRITTEN IN THE WORK ORDER to relocate the appliance. So here I sit! Had to install myself and the appliance is sitting in the hall. DO BETTER BEST BUY!! And I want a refund for the install AND for the cash I’m going to have to spend to have someone move the appliance. WTH!!
I haven’t been to Best Buy for a few years. I have made a few large purchases in the last week. Everyone was helpful each time. They had me and a few others in the store after close and didn’t feel like they were rushing anyone.
Placed a online pick up order here and visited the store for a short period of time while they gathered my order. It was a rather seemless process and I like that they ensure the individual picking up is the one that should be. The store was clean, staff was helpful, and there was a nice variety.
The team at this location in fantastic. Matt, one of the managers checked me in took care of my online order and walked me over to the premium service counter where the geek squad is. Then I meant several other very intelligent representatives that walked me over a bunch of different plans for protection and even the new total tech care, which is something that maybe would be interesting for you with your purchases. Highly recommend as it's easy to buy online. Pick up in store or ship and they also are very responsive. Five stars. Thank you. Best, buy!!
Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Can't get a single person on the phone except some idiot in another country at a call center. I don't live in India nor do I feel I need to speak to anyone from there. I spent my money *lots of it at Best Buy in Niles not India!!!!!!! That mistake will never happen again I will never step foot in a Best But again
It's not Best Buy, it's Worst Buy. I bought 2 77" TVs from them on August 6, delivery was scheduled for August 12. Then they rescheduled it for the 14th, then for 19th, then for 22nd. As a result, only one TV was delivered. At each rescheduling, the agents swore and gave a "solemn promise" that this would not happen again and this time they would definitely deliver everything on time. Here are the names of our heroes from Niles store and support service: Corey, Solomon K, Anas. The Nation should know its heroes!
Corey the salesman was very knowledgeable. We purchased a TV. The whole process went very smooth. He set up delivery and the TV was delivered as scheduled and on time. Very satisfied with the overall service.
Went into best buy to get an iphone 14 privacy screen protector. Alex gave me horrible service gave me the wrong screen protector gave me the 14 pro max instead of the iphone 14 . Did not do a good job either putting it on my cell phone couldn’t even see my camera it was blurry. Awful service!
It did take several inquiries to get someone who even knew what a radar detector is. Eventually was helped by a delightful young lady with a thousand-watt smile. Added 1 star just for her infectious grin and positivity. Not something we consumers encounter on a regular basis anymore... but it does still exist!
Horrible experience. I called first to see if they had the charger I needed and was told yes and it was on sale for $18.99. I raced over, couldn’t find it, asked for help. The guy said he didn’t know about a sale and found me something for $55. I showed him the old charger just to make sure the new one would be compatible with my laptop. I got home and it was not compatible. Found a much cheaper one on Amazon. This is why I usually shop online but I needed a new charger for a project due the next day. Won’t be returning except for a refund. Waste of an hour
