I was happy to find that the closest Best Buy had a Hover-1 Highlander Pro in stock! I went there to get some input from the employees about E-scooters & E-bikes. But before I was contacted by the sales people I found the last adult scooter in-store! Plus, I found it in a slot that said $279!!... I quickly grabbed it, and made my way to the register to pay. I was totally bummed when the cashier told me "no, it rings up as $499"!! I then asked why it said $279 on the shelf, she said " hmm, I don't know, do you still want it? I then asked what the return policy was on it, and she replied "15 days, but if you open it, it will be subjected to a %15 restocking fee"... I then showed her how the box was previously opened, and how the tape had been cut open and the plastic was taken down off the scooter inside. She said "no, it's new." "If it was opened or anything it would have been sold as an Open Box item."I didn't want to argue with her so I went ahead and paid for it. Upon getting it home and opening the box, I noticed and took pictures of; multiple times scratches, Hand prints and footprints, and the cut in the heat shrink tubing. This was a few days ago, but I'll try to do a follow up after I talk with the store manager. Other than all that I agree with most of the other comments here. It's a well built scooter, very fun to ride, but there's a few small things that I would like to have changed.
I’ve been coming to this location a lot lately after getting a Best Buy card. I’ve always had great experiences with the salespeople in the TV and gaming area. They’re very equitable and efficient. A few times my waits for curbside or in-store pickup have taken a bit longer than one would hope, but again, the employees are always great. Glad this location continues to do well.
Only brand name electronics stores that remain in the area. THIS location has a mixture of awesome department managers, like the guys in electronics and the Geek Squad genius. Regrettably, there's a middle management boy he acts like one with a lousy attitude. When my aunt purchased a very expensive iPad online & the store staff scanned it in error as store inventory. This petulant boy was extremely rude to her while making her officially "return" the online order; wait until the system reset; and then "re-purchase" the iPad from store inventory. He never apologized, and had the gall to be mad at her. Of course she was upset with the store staff's screw-up, & the fact it took an hour for her to finally get her costly item.
After having a lousy experience with Geek Squad in Lake Geneva, I thought I'd try the Best Buy in Greenfield. I'm very happy with the service that Manager K. Olsen and staff gave me. Extremely courteous and professional. I highly recommend Kris and his staff and I'll definitely be going their myself for now on. Thanks Kris.
Was there for kitchen appliances with my wife and kids. We were not contacted once in the appliance area even though there were plenty of employees standing around in the department on a Saturday. I had to look up to see if what we were wanted was in stocks. I found the appliances in stocks at another Best Buy. Will be going there to hopefully purchase.
Had the option of store credit or a full refund to my credit card for a computer monitor. Chose store credit so I could spend the money right away and not run up my credit card more. Turns out that by picking "store credit", there are a number of things I can't buy. Of course none of that was disclosed at the time of the refund. Store manager completely non-understanding and unwilling to help in any way.
The 76th St southside of Milwaukee Best Buy has always given us good service and even deals on appliance bundles. The last visit was to purchase a X Box remote and the only thing I noticed was there were hardly any employees in the various areas. They always have a good selection of products and we found a X Box remote for @ $35. Checkout line quick and the store was not crowded.
Stopped in to purchase a couple items and signed up for the credit card, Brandon in the PC department was more than helpful with any questions & knowledge on the products along with just being easy to talk to. Highly recommend keeping an eye out for him if you need anything!
Went in looking for a Bose sound bar. Walked around for about 20 minutes. Not one employee would help me. They were all too busy using a tape measure and seeing how tall each of them were. So I left, will purchase elsewhere. Joke of a company.
I ordered an item and said it was being packet and ready for delivery. 2hrs later, they email me saying they dont have any in store. Inventory shows two ready for pick up. Custumer care made every excuse in the book to come up with an idea why it got canceled. Can't even talk to the stores to find out what's going on with your item, but they all ready charged me for it.
