SCAM PRICING!!! Extremely overpriced and when we decided to get other quotes they hit us with an inspection fee of $217... Just for being there for 15 mins and taking the toilet off. I had previously took the toilet off and replaced the wax seal but was still having issues. I thought I would just have to pay the estimate pricing $79 which is already ridiculous but apparently if they actually touch your toilet its not an estimate it's an "inspection". I would have taken the toilet off again for him if I knew they would charge a ridiculous amount for it. Don't get scammed and go somewhere else!

I gave Best Choice Plumbers 5 stars because they were able to help me within one day and even came to my house on a Saturday with no extra charge. Dean the technician was very personable and professional. He informed me of things about my disposal as he was installing a new one and even told me other things that were plumbing related. I was so happy to not have to take off from work to get this work done and there is no pressure to buy the best and biggest which I appreciated it. I will definitely call Best Choice Plumbers in the future. I also appreciated how personable and helpful Heidi was when I placed my call. I was blown away when she said the technician could come out on Saturday at no extra charge! Dean explained things to me as he went along and gave me options. I am very happy with the service he provided! He even vacuumed up after himself and wore slip overs on his shoes. Truly a class company and worth the money!

I'm very impressed with Best Choice Plumbers. I called and spoke with Heidi to schedule an estimate. she was very nice and even sent an email with a picture of who would be coming to the house Gary, which included reviews from past customers. Gary showed up on time for the estimate and on the day of the work. Both Gary and his helper were very courteous and professional. I felt comfortable with them doing the work in my home while I was at work and my wife was home. My wife was impressed with how polite they were and how they explained the work they would be doing. When they were finished, they left the work area clean. When I got home from work, I looked at everything and was impressed with their work. I'm very particular and could tell they took their time to do things right. It's nice to find a contractor that takes pride in their work and that treats your home and you with respect. We'll definitely be using Best Choice Plumbers for our future plumbing needs. Thanks!

I was very surprised and impressed with the service today. I called Best Choice Plumbers today 12/31/18 expecting to get an appointment for after the new year. However, the woman I spoke with on the phone assured me that a technician would be available to come out today. I asked if they were licensed/bonded/insured and she provided me with all applicable information for my home insurance company. Justine, the tech came out and was very professional. He explained everything clearly so I non-plumber could understand what the issue was and the method to fix it. As a customer we usually don’t feel good about spending the money to get things fixed even if we know we need it. Today I felt good about spending my money to get the issue resolved. I called many companies today and Best Choice Plumbers made time for me. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services. Stanley was excellent. He came on time, diagnosed our problem, gave me an estimate, and repaired it, all within an hour. He was respectful and polite we maintain a shoe-free household and he brought shoe covers. He explained what he was doing thoroughly. One problem is that this company doesn't have 24 hour service, but we called at the end of the day before, and they gave us advice about what to do until the plumber could arrive.

As a young professional, Justin was very kind, respectful, knowledgeable and addressed all of our questions and gained our trust immediately. Justin spotted our plumbing issue and began repairs right away. His work was thorough and he explained the plumbing issue to our understanding. Great service overall.

Tom arrived promptly and resolved our kitchen sink problem efficiently and in the estimated time. I watched his work throughout, being interested in his craft, and he answered all my questions about the equipment, processes and the functioning of the drainage systems. He explains post service care well too and cleaned up any work debris as work was going on. Highly recommend.
