Best Choice Roofing

Thank you to Best Choice Roofing for putting a beautiful roof on my house. The customer service was the best and the job was done very quickly. The whole process was seamless and explained very thoroughly to me. The office staff here are amazing and very tentative. I've already recommended a few neighbors to this company. If you're in the market for a new roof with quality customer service, this is the place to go!

Austin McCray is the best. Very good demeanor and very thorough. He got on my roof, marked off bad areas all while videoing and narrating in an easy to understand way. Explained going through my insurance and even went back on the roof with my insurance rep. My insurance will pay for my roof replacement! If not for him I don't know if it would have happened! These guys came to our door despite a clear "DO NOT KNOCK, NO SOLICITING" sign to knock and ring the door bell several times. Wife just got the baby down and of course this made the dog go wild so woke the baby up. This company gets a big thumbs down from us. If they can't follow simple directions from a clearly posted sign at our front door and the "No Soliciting" sign at the front of our neighborhood I probably wouldn't use these guys to do any work on your house.

We had our roof replaced, completed at the beginning of September, 2 months ago. Overnight here we had a lot of constant rain well into this morning, and unfortunately the brand new roof has failed and produced a brand new leak into our attic and garage, right over the circuit breaker panel, which has spread and damaged a bug chunk of the garage ceiling. This is completely unacceptable for a barely 2 month old roof! There is no one to contact to come out and mitigate the damage doing it ourselves as best we can at Best Choice Roofing on the weekend and their number just goes to voice-mail. ‐--- Update Sept 2022 After the initial 1 star review, they contacted us and swiftly resolved the issue. We had another issue one year later on another part of the roof, and they came out to review and get a materials list within a week of us calling. I've upped the review to 3 stars and will make it 4 once this second issue is resolved..
