I am from Europe, I stopped in Boulder City on my last vacation and visited this vape shop. Nice shop, good selection of products, good prices. The owner definitely knows what he's talking about. I bought my new advice and some juices there, I am very happy.
Dominic was awesome! I had no idea where to even start and he walked me through every step to get my new vape rolling. Lots of different options and customization. Also love the fresh fruit juice flavors!
Good guy - looked after me after a heavy cigarette binge in Vegas. Friendly and not a goose, prices more than fair compared to Australia - they leave us for dead price wise. Highly recommend. Tom Finn.
Friendliest people ever! I came in when my Smok Fit wasn’t keeping a charge and they fixed it for me on the spot for free. They easily could have just sold me another one but instead they were honest and did everything they could to help. If you’re looking for a vape shop, look no further! The owner is a super cool guy to talk to and if you have any questions he will answer them very helpfully. I had a great experience here and would recommend it to anybody and I will be a returning customer. Customer service here made it a very easy experience, overall a great place!
Customer service 100% on point!!! I came in with a bunch of questions he answered every single one of them with a great attitude and didn't make me feel as if I was annoying him one bit! He even researched some things for me and compared items and answered everything I wanted to know in comparison! He's very easy going about ordering flavors in dif levels of nicotine if he doesn't carry your preferred mg. Also will order any vape you want to purchase as well in any color if he doesn't carry it. This was my first time here and I have to say I will be coming back and am very satisfied and pleased with my service!! Thank you so much for coming to BC and making my vape trips much more convenient as I travel to Henderson for my products because I would NOT recommend any other smoke or vape shop in BC to anybody here as I myself do not approve of their service or products they sell! The owner was very socialable. I was passing through town and needed a new tip for my mod. He didn't have any on hand but sold me one off of a new tank. Definitely the place to stop.
This place is great!! Good selection and very knowledge, also the customer service was impeccable. I'll be going here for all of my vape needs and will be telling all my friends to do the same!
