Dr Ann and her staff are always incredibly friendly and they are all amazing. Scheduling, medication refills, and answering question by phone have always been quick and easy. And our AB General absolutely LOVES going for a visit.

My sister recommended them to me and they didn’t disappoint. They were amazing with our new baby Freya. Will definitely recommend !!

They are always very nice, but not very accommodating when an urgent situation arises. Nobody can control when their pet suddenly needs immediate medical attention. Twice I had an emergency suddenly happen and couldn't be seen for days, even though we were already a patient there. My cat suddenly became very sick on a Friday, and the earliest they could see her was Monday at 3:30? Called around and was seen within 30 minutes elsewhere. RIP Deme.

First time here and I really liked it. It has all kinds of cute pictures of animals on the wall. The receptionists are top notch and there are dog treats available in the lobby. The only thing I wasn't super fond of was the doctor we saw though I'd say it really isn't her fault too much. She didn't quite examine my dogs broken nail. Granted, he was really excited but that's why I took him there and you should be a able to do it. She told me to give him carprofen which I had at home. I will definitely be bringing my dogs back here because overall it was a really good experience and affordable.. Highly recommend.

Best Friends Animal Hospital is where my Fur Babies have been seeing Dr. Anne Laurent for 12 years in Houma,LA. Beyond her veterinary skills are Patience, kindness, zealous love for animals and their humans. Highly Recommend.
