Best Nails II

Absolutely horrific experience. The owner did my nails and I told him it was really important for my engagement shoot. I repeatedly told him I didn’t like them as he was doing them. He ignored me and kept going. I left looking like a toddler did my nails. I will never go back again.

I’ve never been to a salon where it looked like they painted in the dark. The guy who did my sister toes in red didn’t ask if she wanted it filed/clipped or at a certain shape, just went at it. Her left big toe nail is considerably shorter than the right. The red paint got on her back toes lol. And for me the lady that did mine went completely outside the line and didn’t really care to correct properly. Both our techs didn’t scrub all parts of our feet either, I still have large parts that have callus remaining. Regardless we paid in full and walked out, but we should’ve never been charged full. It’s embarrassing.

They do phenomenal work! My nails always turn out great. Tracy is phenomenal and her staff is very sweet. I highly recommend them! I broke my nail on 3 different occasions 1 week she laughed and helped every time... At no charge : Talk about customer service!!!

I’ve been coming here on and off for years, I don’t get my nails done a lot. Every time I have gone everyone has been super friendly and accommodating of any requests, if any of my friends are ever looking for a salon I always recommend them! This was my first time here. While I did enjoy it, the place was clean, and my toes and nails turned out great. I still haven't decided if I will be coming back. Most nail salons, if you do a mani pedi, will give you a small discount. For example, if a mani is normally $25 and a pedi is $35, you do it together instead of it being $60,it's like $50-55. I feel like I was charged for each service separately and every little thing. With that said, to do a gel mani full set acrylics and a gel pedi, I think was a little overpriced than what I am used to. But for the quality and attention, maybe be worth it. Verdict it still out depending on how the gel nail polish holds up.

This place was amazing! We came in with a wedding party of five at 5:45 and they close at 7:00. They accommodated all of us with full set of acrylic nail and actually stayed until 9:00. Hands down, the BEST experience I've ever had! The salon is stunningly decked out in beautiful columns and tiles. They have a koi pond in the front that extends into a walkway down the center of the salon. Yes, you walk over the fish! The staff was super friendly and professional. They had over 200 powder dip colors to choose from and had matching polish for each one. I was offered a beverage-wine, water, etc. The pedi massage chairs were superior to any I've sat in before. And just so who's ever reading this doesn't think I'm a hillbilly that's never had her nails done and over-exaggerating; I get my mani/pedi ever two weeks like clock work. I grew up in Florida and now live in St. Louis. I had been to salon/spa and typical strip mall salons. This place is located in a strip mall with the feel of a high end spa! To top it off, I didn't pay any more than I usually would anywhere else. $65 for pedicure with hot stone massage, and powder dip on my hands. I would absolutely recommend this place in an instant and I will definitely be back next time I'm in town!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I went back after having a bubble form on one of my gel nails, but that can happen if the layers are applied too thick and the tech doesn’t know that darker colors need to cure under the light longer. This time was just a disaster. First, the nail tech was rushing through and didn’t want to get all the polish off. Out of nowhere, one of my nails starts burning and the tech was like oops I probably put too much of the anti fungal on healthy nail. As the lights weren’t bright, I didn’t know how truly bad they looked until I was out. Then the true fun part happened. I got switched to another lady for my pedicure. I guess the woman had never worked with gel polish because she kept trying to wipe it off. I tried to explain but to no avail. Finally another lady came over and helped. After that and 25 minutes later, the woman starts by barely rubbing me at all, one pass with the smoothing one, and no removal of my ingrowns like I asked. I started to complain, but stopped because I’m pretty sure the woman had no idea what I was saying and just kept saying sorry sorry. I have flecks of black on my nails and toes, my toes weren’t trimmed, and I am going to have to pay for another pedicure in the next week or so so I can wear dress shoes again.Services: Acrylic nails
