Walking Therapy lifts your mood so that you feel better about yourself and your life, and helps you get unstuck and change self-sabotaging behaviors. Be less overwhelmed, face your fears, and live a fuller life. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who provides therapy on soothing nature trails while you talk about your thoughts and concerns. You will be listened to with compassion, gain insight, and move through your concerns with support.
Coaching keeps you motivated and accountable so that you can be your best self. You create specific, measurable goals for yourself in the area that you would like to improve while walking on a peaceful nature trail. You will be asked pin-pointed questions to help you gain clarity about what you want to accomplish. We will create specific plans to meet your goals, and we will track your progress daily.
Personal Training makes your body stronger, leaner, and healthier. A custom program will be designed for you, and you will learn how to do each exercise in an effective and safe way that will help you change your body. You will be supported in the exercise, nutrition, and self care goals that you create for yourself, and then be re-assessed every 8 weeks.
